My husband and I went to Lexus of Cool Springs where we had an awful experience with the sales manager there. We LOVED LOVED LOVED our sale guy Tyrone and were so blessed when he offered to meet us here at the Nashville location to look at a vehicle. Tyrone is one of the best people I've met, genuine and down to earth. We are so glad we decided to trust him and come to this Nashville location. Jacob the Preowned Car Manager was just as genuine such a breath of fresh air to work with. They both listened to our needs and Jacob made our financial needs his priority got us the rate and payment we desired. Will be back to do business when it is time for our next upgrade!!
