The British Council remains the only name in Nepal. It was not clear whether the user had escaped by tapping the previous good and useful library. Now the library should be requested from the government level.

It had a pretty good management when I was doing my IELTS, but looking at all the reviews I think the quality has gone down. I see a lot of students complaining about not getting results in time. Maybe you guys should stop screwing with students' future and give the correct information.

This place is well managed and I visited it during covid 19 pandemic. All the safety measures were taken inside and outside the premises. If you have to go to BC because you have to then don't worry you're in safe hands.

Used to run a wonderful library. Used to offer wonderful English language courses that were affordable. Not very sure about any attempts made by the British Council in increasing such wonderful services in present day. There are some engagements with schools. The council manages IELTS examinations, whose fee is rocketing high every year.

I used to go there a lot in my free time, and they have lots of books. I used to like British novels a lot then, plus I used to get science books for educational purposes as they have nice diagrams and it's easier for you to understand that way. It has grown so much, and they have so many stuffs/educative materials for young generation and old. People do benefit a lot from this library.

Its enticing organization, only shows and makes you a claim of good service. I have to follow up them for them for nearly 20 days for sending IELTS score to US universities even electronically and they do same mistakes repeatedly. And at last they prompt to send it by paper based delivery that costs comparably large sum of money. I missed deadline for 2 universities due to this. Its shameful, they call it part of British cultural organization with such a insincerity. I feel disappointing that I cannot rate below 1 star here. I feel their service is like chaos and poorest bureaucratic organization of Nepal. Try to avoid this organization as possible for IELTS, you could suffer as like me. MARK MY WORD!!

Extremely poor customer service. They made us wait for more than 45 minutes to receive the prize of Friday Quiz. Moreover, twice, we had to return without receiving the prize and on top of that, instead of asking us to come over the other day, they made us wait for an hour or so in the scorching sun outside and after an hour, the guard returned saying that the staff whose responsibility it was to hand over the prizes was unavailable. On top of that, on their official notice, the time to receive the prizes is clearly mentioned as' 10 am to 5 pm' from Monday to Friday.
