On November 29th I had to get my car towed to Lexus of Nashville. Chris was my service man, he was very helpful and provided great communication concerning my car and told me I could come pick it up since they were done. Long story short it wasn't starting up.The initial fix was simple my car required a hand full of new fuses. So that day, I had a buddy drop me off after work so I could pick it up, my car started but wouldn't drive. At first I first I was upset, I lived over 40 mins away and wasn't about to make my wife, toddler and newborn fight Nashville traffic to come pick me up. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that it was 6:30pm, 30 mins after the dealership had closed. Fortunately, many employees were still available, Ivan the director of service was able to assist. Ivan was very helpful, nice and most importantly understanding. But we had another issue, Lexus had no loaner cars I could drive; living 40mins away this wasn't going to fly. So Ivan and Derrick were able to pull a used car and tag it as a loaner until my car was fixed. Derrick provided me with a loaner car at no charge and both Ivan/Chris fixed my car also at no charge. Chris, Ivan, and Derrick were all genuine men and know how to go the extra mile for their customers. It seems that this dealership knows how to hire nice and honest men. My company (which i will not mention the name but I can tell you that we manufactures cars) probably wouldn't like me saying this but because of them I will be buying my next car from Lexus of Nashville. I am very appreciative for Lexus of Nashville. I recommend all car owners to have their car serviced at Lexus of Nashville.
