Absolutely completely recommend. Here is my background. I concierge purchase vehicles for people as my job. I m in and out of a LOT of dealers. We first arrived with our toddlers in tow, which they took it in stride. They assisted us chasing kiddos while trying to check out the highlander. Negotiations were easy and fair. Great money for our trade and great money for the new vehicle. Kyle even purchased weather Tec mats for us himself! Brandy has shuttled vehicles to my house ( we had a little issue that was quickly resolved ) and brought us a loaner. Every expectation met. Just as the Lexus way describes. Even on a used car!
