My wife and I had been car shopping for a specific Lexus for months. We couldn t find the right match nor the right dealership. Car buying can be very stressful, especially if you don t have the perfect seasoned salesman to ease the process. We had the luxary of working with Paul. Not only did he keep my wife at ease he took his time, answered all questions with confidence and went above and beyond to make our buying experience feel luxary or VIP. After the papers were signed we went out to see the car. It wasn t where we had parked it. As he noticed we realized this, he politely asked us to look to the right at the big red bow! He had an enormous red bow placed ontop of my wife s new previously enjoyed lexus. Paul totally made the buying experience pleasureable and had exhausted all buying anxiety.
