Had a wonderful experience buying a car from Lexus of Bellevue. Our sales person, Ren Choeung was very helpful and made my first time buying a car an enjoyable one. 10/10 would recommend him! Didn t feel any pressure buying the car and he even went out of his ways to help detail my car since there was only one detailer working at the time. Will be back to Lexus of Bellevue for my future car purchases.

What a wonderful car buying experience!! Highly qualified professionals. Ryan Piro is absolutely delightful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and the Cars at the dealership. He is very patient in explaining the things/features/process to you a million times if you don t get it. The dealership in itself is HUGE with a wide inventory and lots of good facilities. My kids weren t bored for a second of the 7 something hours we spent there. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants an amazing luxury car with a great shopping experience!

This review is for the service department at Lexus of Bellevue. I bought my car in May 2019 and all scheduled maintenance has been at this dealership. Mike McCann has been my main contact and his customer service is top tier. I had my 18 month scheduled maintenance yesterday and as always Mike made the experience great as always. The dealership as a whole is a pleasure to do business with. Keep it up Lexus of Bellevue

So thankful for the low pressure, professional and friendly service I received from Thanh Do. Unlike any dealership and sales associate I've dealt with before. He is top of the line, knowledgeable and made the whole process pain free and actually fun. I also appreciated his follow up calls to inquire if I had any questions and if I received my new plates. Amazing service!!!!

Every time we have occasion to visit Lexus of Bellevue they demonstrate what an amazing and dedicated team they are. This time we dealt with Chris Albrecht. We had a question about a recommended cleaner for a spot on our cars carpet. Chris took time to understand our concern and then he personally took time out from what he was working on to walk us through their system and get our issue resolved. He made us feel like our minor concern was of paramount importance to him and everybody he brought in to help us mirrored his attitude and level of service. Lexus of Bellevue has been the best auto buying and owning experience we have ever had.

No question on your services, that is why I have been bringing in my Lexus for service since I bought my car from you in late 2007. My only complaint is this - prior to making an appointment for oil change, I asked you the oil change/rear wiper replacement quote, and made the appointment based on the quote. When I arrived, the quote was different, so when I asked why I was told whoever told me the info was wrong. I understand your price is not that high given the services included with oil change (tire rotation, brake inspection) but you have to inform customers before hand so there is no surprise - the person who made the appointment could have told me the different levels of service ahead of time. Other than that you have excellent service.

Tonight we picked up our new Lexus ES350! The car is beautiful, the dealership and delivery center is very nice, and our salesman, Raymond, was the best! He was so nice and calm throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process. He explained everything so well and completely earned my trust, which is so important! We initially went in just to test drive a couple of used cars, but we ended up test driving a new car and getting such a great deal on a lease that we unexpectedly changed our minds and got a lease!

Raymond, Cameron, and Audrey all stayed very late (past 11pm) to get all the paperwork done and didn t make us feel bad at any point.

Raymond constantly communicated with us to let us know what was going on with the car as we left it there a couple of days to get the windows tinted. He also did a great job providing an orientation of the car when we came to pick it up.

Overall it was a great experience and as a previous Lexus owner, I know we will be very happy with the car! I would strongly recommend anyone to get a car from Raymond!

We had a very professional interaction with Lexus of Bellevue. Our sales person Tom was amazing and helped us pick the right car, while proving very insightful comments throughout the process . At no point was there any pressure to buy or having to deal with crazy negotiations like in other dealerships. The dealership was also very comfortable and neat as well. Overall - we had a very pleasant experience in our car purchase and I definitely recommend this dealership for any Lexus purchase.

BJ, who assisted us during our visit to Lexus in Bellevue did a fantastic job. He was transparent why the alternator and battery needed to be replaced.He explained why it malfunctioned and the advantage of replacing these items instead of waiting for the car to have a total breakdown.HE WAS VERY PLEASANT
in talking to us and even offered to get a cup of latte because this eighty year old lady did not know how to operate the coffee machine. He definitely is a keeper. Thanks for letting us have a representative who helped us a lot!!!

I just had my car serviced and it was so easy. I checked in with Patrick Wilmot and brought my laptop up to the very comfortable waiting area. Free lattes, cookies and WiFi made the time fly by. This was the best car buying experience I have had. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car and wanted to educate us about all the features that we wanted. Everytime I have purchased a car in the past, it seemed like the sales person had their own agenda and tried to sway me to that agenda. I felt like Ryan was truly trying to make sure that I was happy with me decision.

I own a 2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport AWD and I continue to love it simply because the service department specialist Aj Sparks treats me and my car with the utmost professional attention and it shows! My car still looks and runs like a brand new car because of him and Lexus of Bellevue! I just got some recall work done to my car and while my car was there they replaced the entire front end protective film free of charge because it was peeling up in several places. I also want to add that Aj Sparks is just a great guy to deal with so I try to make a point of even waiting till he is not busy to check my car in and pick it up. So thanks Aj for the terrific help and quality customer service!

How come there are more stress at service than the...

How come there are more stress at service than the sales? Since Lexus introduced "negotiation-free dealerships" (in 2015), customer would expect to have better premium experience without having to bargain on every details, unless for some integrity concerns or personality issues.

On the other hand, the service department (with some workload when the product has problems) are facing all sort of complains when customer is irritated by any quality issues from beloved car. It is a very emotional business. Not everyone can stay rational thru the process.

No matter how much Lexus claims "Secret to Success is Customer Satisfaction", seems like a customer can never receive a welcome (or the attitude) from service department as warm as from the sales. Because it is a comparison of "here comes the trouble maker" vs "here is the money!"

Every smile, gesture, or micro expression is so critical thru the process (from greeting to closing). Sometimes, the sales made promise (most of time vocally) that the service department could not commit. Would Lexus expect customer to believe it is just a misunderstanding or a trick under cover of a brand name?

After 3 days (since last Friday), the service found several places causing rattling/clicking noise (at driving). Also, since we are 50+ miles away from the store, the great sales guy had promised to return the loaner car for us.

Great service and communication throughout the major service and repair which took a couple of days. The client services rep was able to use a Warranty Enhancement notice to cover a $1000 Fuel Injection service at no cost to us, so that was much appreciated!

My agent did a great job of explaining repairs needed and following thru. My only disappointment was that my bill always seems to be over the moon and is always more than the original quote. I understand they need to do do the analysis of the auto but the expense to maintain the auto is frankly going to be a consideration when I buy my next auto which may be sooner than later considering the outlay I am having to pay to maintain the Lexus.

The service to my vehicle has always been great and the treatment once in the facility has been excellent as well. I would give 4 or 5 stars for this part of the experience.

However, the service over the phone when scheduling and requesting a loaner car is very disappointing. I have to sit and wait for two hours to be told that my car needs brakes before they will consider giving me a loaner... I already know it needs brakes, that's why I'm bringing it in. I'd place bets on a loaner not being available by the time 2 hours passes. If my service guy closer to home was available this weekend, I would be cancelling my appointment.

I bought a new Lexus CT200h hybrid from Lexus of Bellevue which I love! and can honestly say it was a great experience all the way from the time I walked in the door till the time I left with my new car! My sales consultant Christian Toaca was excellent and helped me get exactly what I wanted and on terms I wanted. I shopped around and researched quite a bit and the pricing at Lexus of Bellevue is great. The entire staff I worked with along with Christian were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. And the follow up calls are nice. I feel as though they are really here for me.

Other than taking a bit longer than stated when I arrived I am very happy with the service. They were very busy the day of my appointment so I understand. They have plenty of amenities to keep you occupied while you wait. Free beverages, muffins, a small game room and you can always drool over the new cars.

Lexus of Bellevue has taken customer service to a whole new level! I have been in management for over 20 years, choosing the right people is key. What I experienced yesterday was nothing short of one of the best experiences I have every had! It was a simple request, but I was treated with great respect and top notch customer service. I was looking for touchup paint for my 2000 Lexus (which apparently the base coat is no longer available). Aaron in the paint dept, Chris at the front desk in parts and Ryan desk #4 gave me complete focus and attention to fulfill my simple need.
Aaron, without hesitation, took a look at my RX300 and said, "I will take care of this for you, did I have time to wait, about 30 minutes?". I could tell he was busy but I felt my need was just as important as anything else he was doing. I visited your upstairs "waiting area" which was amazing! Waiting is not what I experienced at all. It was beautiful, relaxing, upscale restrooms, computers, coffee, food options, beautiful window views, waiting was not at all what I will reflect on. It felt like a luxury hotel. I will cut this short by saying ~ I drove away with my Lexus beautifully restored and one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time! In one day, I have told at least 15 people about my experience. Thank you so much for getting it right!

Continues to be the worst Lexus experience in Wash...

Continues to be the worst Lexus experience in Washington. If you think you are going to get the same customer service as you do with the company of the same name 30 minutes north, you you be sorely mistaken.

I had two blue headlights which I thought were stock on my Lexus, they said I had the "expensive" bulbs so I had paid the $200+ to have it installed. When I got to my car I noticed that the bulb they installed was dark yellow. When I asked why they didn't ask if I wanted a matching bulb they said "well we don't carry that color of bulb, so we just installed what we have" I asked to speak to a manager and none were available. I was a little frustrated but I didnt do my homework, so I chucked it up as a loss.

Then I got an oil change, my VSC light was on and they said that it would be a $150 diagnostic fee to check out the problem. I asked if it was an easy fix if they would still charge the full $150, they said "we have no choice but to charge the full $150". So I called the dealership up north. They said "If you have a simple problem lie the gas cap not being fully screwed in (which can cause the VSC light to come on) we would only charge the time it took to diagnose the problem. When I brought this up to the Service department, he then completely changed his story and said they would do that as well.

I asked to speak with a manager and after 15 minutes the service engineer returned and once again, guess what? No manager was available. They gave me a card and said thee Service Manager, Piper Logg would give me a call the next day. Low and behold it has been over a week and I have yet to hear from a single person from Lexus of Bellevue.

Unfortunately this facility went all in on a beautiful building but has lost it's way in the customer service realm. I bought a Lexus because it is supposed to come with great customer service. This is not the place to find that. I will NEVER return to this place of business as their priorities have missed the mark by a mile.

Christina took care of us getting our car maintenance done. She listened and got our issues solved. Awesome service experience. Shuttle dropped us off at din tai fun for lunch then picked us up at the library no sweat. Since we were getting brake 65k service done Christina provided us with a very nice loaner which she let us keep an extra day since Friday was a gong show for me. Saturday was very busy but another service rep had us out the door and back in our car quickly. Our 2013 car drives like new!

Buyers Beware Lexus of Bellevue
Ridiculous and outrageous sums up our car experience

We are nearing our 4th payment on a new lease agreement and still dealing with charges that were accessed by the 3rd party inspector that we don t agree with. Everyone from the Salesman, Finance Director and General Manager are aware of the situation. They do a lot of reaching out via email that they care with no follow through. Even as most recently Saturday, Financial Director reached out via email requesting a time to talk on Monday, 6/17. The email was promptly replied with two times of availability. She never responded and the times have passed. We have been holding onto hope and patience to get through this experience.

We are being charged $1,008. for the replacement of the front window for excessive wear . When Lexus Financial was asked to provide pictures, one was provided from the inside of a car. A poor quality copy of a photograph that appears to show a small line in the field of vison. Damage to the window could have been repaired for free or at most $100.00 for full replacement through our car insurance. So the damage is a bit of a mystery as neither of us recall there being damage to the front window when we put the car in Lexus of Bellevue's care. In addition the car was thoroughly inspected at Lexus of Bellevue Service Department at their request. The service department noted no concerns, even the door ding was ok as they said that inspectors are accommodating to normal wear. Tires were the only thing mentioned however still considered normal wear and generally replaced at 4 years. They said all the right words to get the sale to go through. No mention of damage to the window or concern. We were preapproved through our credit union to purchase the car with being over in miles. We were assured everything looked great. So this bill came as a complete shock.

Proceed with caution when reinvesting in a new Lexus until you receive the final bill in hand from Lexus Financial. In our case it took 7 weeks after purchase to get the final bill and now we are at 14 weeks still no resolution.
It s unfortunate that we have been treated like this, this was our 3rd Lexus through Lexus of Bellevue and our family, friends and neighbors are Lexus owners, but maybe not through them anymore.

Our experience with the sales representative Ren Choeung has been amazingly great. In fact this is our second car we purchased from Lexus of Bellevue since last year. Ren helped us with our last purchase and he handled everything so great so we requested Ren to help us again with this second one. He's very knowledgeable and always provide excellent customer service. The only one negative thing I must say has nothing to do with the purchase experience but merely on the service side so I want to give this a 5 stars based solely on my purchase experience. Our last purchase was for our son and this time the car is for us so it's our first time having to deal with the services Lexus of Bellevue provides. So far we only used the car wash once and my husband was already furious of the way we the customers were treated. We understand the Lexus staffs have some priority but not to the point of treating their customers like nobody. We felt now that we already bought the car, we're no longer treated as important. To keep this short, I just want to say there were 4 Lexus staffs cut in front of the line to get their cars washed first. 1 or 2 cut in would be fine but 4? Do they think their time is more precious than ours? We brought this to Ren and the manager's attention so hopefully the next time we go there for a car wash again, it won't be our last.

Quit doing business over a year ago with Lexus of Bellevue. They were charging $25.00 more to do an oil change than the other Lexus dealer in Lynnwood. On top of that when ever I went in to drop off my car first thing in the morning at opening. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the service person and they were upset at me because all I was requesting was an oil change. The shuttle service was poor at best - example I would make my service appointment 1-2 weeks ahead and make sure to let them know I need a ride to work.Three different occasions the driver for my shuttle was late and I was made to wait (10-15 minutes). It took me getting upset the third time and demanding my car back and cancel my appointment to get a manager out of the back office to take care of the issue. to quote a previous post ("a HUGE dealership with a HUGE EGO.")

This is my 3rd lexus I've purchased from lexus of bellevue. All of them has been with Tommy Hoat as my sales person and now he's the internet director. His team of Minh and Caroline are amazing!! Once Tommy showed me the figures and I agreed to purchase the new rxl, Minh and Caroline went over excessive wear and use. I'd recommend that to EVERYONE! While they were doing that and signing my documents on a touchscreen table computer, Tommy washed and cleaned my car!! The time was seamless and next thing you know I was done! It only took 45 minutes for them to do my paperwork and had me in my new car!! I would hesitate to recommend anyone to lexus of bellevue Tommy, Minh and Caroline!!

Early this year I made choice to purchase a Lexus from Lexus of Bellevue and I must say that I have zero regrets. I am so happy to be a Lexus owner! In addition too loving my vehicle, I was especially pleased by the service I received at Lexus of Bellevue in Washington. My sales representative, Rish Sharma and the rest of the team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, trust worthy, and so easy going. I felt a sense of guidance and trust that I would have been okay paying 8x more than the value of the car had Rish ensured me that I was getting the best deal. If you re looking to get a car, go see Rish, tell him I sent you and he ll take care of you.

Given my exceptional experience I convinced my mother to get a Lexus herself. A couple of weeks after convincing her I flew down to South Florida on the quest to find her the perfect car.

To make this story short, we decided to rethink purchasing a new vehicle because the service my mother and I received at both Lexus of Kendal and Lexus of Pembroke Pines was horrible!!! We were not greeted upon arrival at either location, and the sales folks at Kendal we encountered were extremely pushy, giving us information different from what we saw online, adding pressure, giving us number and figures from memory, and ready to close the deal before being offered to test drive the vehicle(s).

Case and point: If I ever decide to get another Lexus, regardless of where I live in the world, I ll purchasing it from Lexus of Bellevue in Washington, and have it shipped where ever I live.

Mike McCann (My service Consultant) is always kind, polite and is always providing me prompt & excellent service and always giving me updates on my car. I give him 5 stars. The only disappointment I have with Lexus Bellevue is that they couldn t find what was wrong with my dying battery. The diagnostics was based on the input I provided them rather than them or their own diagnostic without my input.

I brought in my vehicle for service and my experience with Lexus of Bellevue was amazing! I was immediately greeted by a service vallet gentleman by the name of Jacob Field. I remembered his name because his customer service was off the chart. He was genuinely helpful and it s hard to find that type of customer service nowadays. My service advisor was just as amazing, Alex Teager. I highly recommend her if you ever have to bring in your vehicle for service. She s very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process easy for me and even got me in and out of the dealership before the estimated time. I also had a talk with a few of the bright salemen upstairs while waiting for my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and boy I tell ya, if I was looking to purchase a vehicle I would definitely want to go through them. They just seemed like honest and knowledgeable salesmen and that s definitely hard to find in dealerships these days. I would remcomend looking for any one of these gentlemen if you re interested in purchasing a new Lexus. Their names are David Nguyen, Nick Field, Ren Choeung and Mike Shin. I would have to say this is my best experience at a dealership because of the GENUINE customer service! I forgot to mention that it s also the biggest and nicest dealership around! Thanks Lexus of Bellevue!
