It was my first time visiting experience at Lexus Bellevue for my RX350. Eric Parker was helping me to set up my car service and maintence check up too. He was very kind and nicely explained me everything from the start to end. I definently will visit again and will make an appointment with Erica Parker for next service again =D

Jeanette M. treated us with the same above and beyond service that Lexus of Bellevue is known for even though we were only buying a $10K car. We took it to a "Buyer's Inspection" at a nearby mechanic and it was running perfectly for a 100K miles car, just as Lexus of Bellevue assured us. They even matched our credit union offer and filled the gas tank. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience working with Jacob Sherman in the sales team. Never once did I work with a car sales guy that wasn t pushy and annoying, and made me feel that they were more interested in making a sale, not really what I wanted and needed. This is exactly what I got from Jacob and boy was it a pleasure to come back for further advice and information on the vehicles. Please please please take my advice and ask for Jacob to help you, you will not regret it (and will end up wanting to write on of these). You ll be surprise to enjoy the car buying process, something I never saw coming, but is what I got. Thank you Jacob!

Unexpectedly amazing.

I have not had much luck with the quality of Lexus of Bellevue services in the past but this time Lexus of Bellevue has exceeded my expectation. The service was prompt and flawless. I brought the car in with a problematic tire and I am pleased that they did take care of the car after I handed the key to them. The price is reasonable.

I hope Lexus of Bellevue can keep up like this. Would come back for further service.

I love taking vehicles here, as someone who's job...

I love taking vehicles here, as someone who's job it is to take vehicles to several different dealerships I can say that Lexus of Bellevue are the best. I can call for an appointment and they are able to take care of me within a couple of days, not a couple of WEEKS, like all the rest of the local dealerships.
I typically work with Ross Fahlan and have nothing but good things to say about him, he is responsive to both email and calls and is happy to provide an estimate of the work to be done before I book the car in, this is important to me as the vehicles are not mine so its nice to be able to let the owner know ahead of time the approximate cost, which is very close in most cases.
The service department in general is fantastic at what they do, when Ross is not working I have worked with several other service consultants and would highly recommend any of them.

Remy made sure we were in and out in a timely manner and that we had the best customer service when it came to buying a car. I had a great experience with him and Lexus of Bellevue!

My experience with test Drive and dealer(Dan) was very good and professional. When asked for quote - response was prompt and clear.
Although I did not go for the vehicle for different requirements and liking, but in future if I consider Lexus for me or friend I will definitely suggest this dealership, far better than Lexus Seattle in terms of professionalism and customer handling.

I had a great time working with the internet sales...

I had a great time working with the internet sales team and Jackie.
Three different people checked on me through emails and phone calls before I even went in for a test drive. Jackie answered all of my questions and was very upfront/transparent throughout. The only disappointing part was they weren't wiling to negotiate whatsoever. I realized they are a Lexus Plus dealership but giving little bit of leeway for their customers would go above and beyond for a minor cost to the dealership. (ie: free charge of additional Lexus key fob if the car buyer only received one or free rubber floor mats).

LoB also has a top notch facility which made the waiting times during the car buying process little bit more forgiving. Overall, it was a great experience and would do business with them again as far as car buying.

Same cannot be said about the service maintenance kiosk area. As they were severely understaffed. We had to wait almost 30 minutes in line just to buy a damn Lexus keychain and some rubber floor mats.

I own a new Lexus LS460 and got a "ding" on my windshield. I called the service department of Lexus of Bellevue, and was told to go to Safelite Auto Glass in Bellevue for repair. I did, and to my surprise they did not only did a marvelous job, I cannot even see where the ding was (even though they told me that it will probably not disappear, just won't spread), but as a courtesy to Lexus of Bellevue, which sends them so many customers, they did not charge me a dime. They did not even take my insurance info. I think that it is rare nowadays to get such excellent service. Thank both to Safelite and to Lexus of Bellevue!

Service was great. I got In and out no problems. They even got me a discount on my tire, which I really appreciated.

The one thing I was upset about was the shuttle service. I needed to be somewhere prior to 5 PM and arranged a 430pm pick up time. The shuttle driver arrived 40 minutes late making me miss my 5pm deadline. Since I was leaving the country at 5 AM the next day it was imperative to make the deadline. Unfortunately, I had to make other arrangements in a foreign country, which cost me additional money and time. I did get an apology from the service agent, but that did little to remedy the situation.

Service was prompt and concluded in less than the estimated time. Dealer had parts in stock and completed service quicker than I expected.

While my service experience was very good, I have a sour taste in my mouth from having 2 door lock actuator motors fail at the same time. This type of failure is not what I expect from a luxury vehicle with less than 25,000 miles

Great experience. I emailed Tommy in the internet dept and told him what I could do as far as buying a new car and trading in my vehicle. He got back to me within a couple of hours with minimal negotiating and got it done. I went the next day and worked with Cindy Tran. It was a pleasure working with her. She was informative and there was no pressure. My experience overall was very positive.

Jacob Nilson was great. I came in for a brake check, dropped my car off and went back to work. Jacob called me back quickly to let me know that they found it just to be that I needed some brake fluid and only charged me for a half hour of work. Honest team that had my car back to me within hours. Would recommend!

It's truly a pleasure working with the professionals at Lexus of Bellevue! I have been a customer since 2001 and am continually amazed at the outstanding efforts, dedication and follow-through displayed by the Service Consultants who guide and oversee the service process as well as the analytical and technical skills demonstrated by the technicians who actually service my vehicle. I am especially excited to learn that Josh has been promoted to Service Manager, as in addition to his extensive knowledge and highest standards of service, he is kind and compassionate. In my opinion, his work is beyond reproach and I have no doubt he will excel in his new position. I worked with Service Consultant Mike McCann for the first time this week, and, as expected, he did an outstanding, five star job analyzing my service needs and monitoring the work in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Mike in the future! Bottom line, Lexus of Bellevue is the best!!!

I have purchased over 10 cars from dealerships ove...

I have purchased over 10 cars from dealerships over my lifetime and this was the first time I walked away actually insulted and shocked at the turn of events. I went to the dealership interested in buying a specific car - show up, initiate the process for a test drive including giving them access to my current car for a valuation. While on the test drive, they sold the car I was in to another potential buyer, something I still can't believe was possible. They were nice enough to tell me the trade in value of my car though...

When I asked how this is possible they informed me the other buyer had looked at it yesterday and called this morning expressing an interest to buy, but the buyer was no where to be seen when I showed up and even on the internal system the car was still listed as available to purchase. Can't help but feel as soon as I walked in, another salesman called the other potential buyer and informed them to make a move or lose it, to which they did, causing me to be the one burned.

Not sure if this is a regular event for car buyers, but I have never seen it, and don't know of anyone who has been in a similar situation. Based on my experiences, I would recommend buyers look elsewhere since this dealership clearly doesn't care about the customer experience.

Pretty good staff overall. However, a few character judging staff members. But the establishment is very accommodating and comfortable. Good waiting environment and some very nice vehicles to look at whim he you wait.
A recent visit was slightly hectic and my paperwork was lost in the shuffle for a little longer than originally expected. Very apologetic and polite staff. Overall I give them a 4 rating.

The best car shopping experience we've had. Staff was awesome, very knowledgeable, and never overly aggressive. Decor and layout of the dealership was also top notch; other than the cars on the showroom floor, you wouldn't know it was a dealership. Been through for service as well and they were very quick, despite being very busy on a weekend.

One of the worse things a human has to endure is buying a car. It is a long a painful ordeal. Our experience at Lexus of Bellevue was anything but. Our salesman Zach was great. We still had to jump through the hoops but he and the staff made it as pleasant a car buying experience as we've have ever had. We got way more car for our money and now we're the proud owners of a Lexus. This is a great car in every way. It was will worth our time.

Bellevue of Lexus was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new car. The entire staff made you feel like someone special and welcomed you into their home. The entire complex was clean and very well maintained it was like walking into a 5 Star Hotel. Ryond Encarnacion who was my sells man was truly an outstanding individual who took the time to know you as a person. Ryond was welll informed regarding the Lexus Brand and was great help during the buying process. Ryond went out of his way to make your buying experience at Lexus of Bellevue a totally great experience. In my book Ryond Encarnacion it a great treasure to Lexus of Bellevue and well deserves all 10+++.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Ryan was amazing and went above and beyond providing excellent service even staying several hours past close as we arrived late. Nick the sales manager also had some special touches added to make our experience a great one. They have a great play area for kids with several activities. Would highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue and their team. This will be the only place we will look for future purchases. Thank you for such a great experience, and love my new car! Definitely worth going to and ask for Ryan.

I visited the Lexus of Bellevue for 20k miles service of my NX. Looking at the list of services that has been done, there s standard inspections (that almost all of the shops offer at minimal cost), oil and filter change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. The cost for this service at Lexus of Bellevue is over $400 (including tax). Same service would be under $200 (maximum) anywhere else!
Also, the drop off and pick up service didn t work as expected, at least for me. The pick up service showed up half hour late after I had asked for an Uber (I was less than a mile away from the shop and had to pay surge pricing due to heavy rain and traffic). There was absolute no mention of the screw up that they did after I showed up in dealership!!!
I don t think I will ever be back to this place.

Super easy experience. Dropped my car off in the morning at 7am hitched a ride with the shuttle to work and then got picked up and picked my car up by 5pm. They do free shuttle service within 10 miles so def take advantage if you can.

Very much liked that the salesperson has to go back and forth to the manager. Our salesman was far more than a salesman. Reid was with us thru the entire process: test driving at least 3 vehicles and hand held us through the sophisticated electronics that were a bit overwhelming to us as we describe ourselves as techno-peasants .

Also Reid came to our apartment building in Seattle to pick us up and drive us to Lexus of Bellevue on more times than I can remember. And Reid remains available to us moving forward if we have more questions.

We expect that our RN SUV will last us for the rest of our lives. Our old 2001 RX is still alive and kicking and is available to us when we travel by air to our home in Palm Desert.

Stay away from this dealership. Lexus will sell you cars with an accident history without telling you about it; they will show you the Carfax history to prove that there's no accident history because they know if the customer pay out of pocket to fix the car (at their dealership, carfax will have no record of it so they can fool their customers & sell at a higher price). They will tell you it passed inspection & is in good condition, but will not guarantee the safety of the car if you ask for it. No reputation at all!!

This was brought up to management so they are well aware of it. I'm still waiting to see how they are going fix the issue & make it right for their customer.

Bad sales experience. I bought NX300 on Thursday 08/30, was promised that car will arrive at dealer on Friday 08/31. I scheduled to pick it up on Monday 09/03. On Monday i get a call form my sales guy Rami, and he tells me that car is not there. So nobody new that car was not arriving on Friday? Why wait 4 days to tell me? I was left without a car. Thankfully i got a loaner. OK, car was scheduled to arrive on Thursday 09/06. On Thursday i pick up my car, my sales guy is not there. Another sales guy Brian, i think, does the job for Rami. I waited for almost 2 hours to pick it up. Paper work was lost and i had to re-sign it again. Then, there is only one key. Brian tells me that someone locked second key in a safe. I have to come back today Friday 09/07 at 1pm to pick it up. My wife goes. She is told that second key is in Portland and it will take a week to get it. Are you kidding me???? I have new car with one key for a week???? Cannot get an answer on when will i get it. Called sales manager once, left a message, no callback. Called again spoke with a manager, was promised a callback, at this point nothing. If this is how your sales is operating, i do not even want to think about your service department. This is Lexus UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two stars. Both of them are for a car itself not the dealer.

Since our tire pressure light came on twice within a few days, I thought it might be a good idea to make an appointment. I first queried about it online w/ Lexus to see if an appointment was in order. The online service person gave my phone to a service person who immediately called me. I took the car in, they dunked the tires, and found a nail in one of them which was in a repairable location. I didn't have to wait too long, and I appreciated them advising me to bring in the car. All around GREAT service!

I drive from Tacoma to get my car serviced at this Lexus location in Bellevue. Our service representative, Alex is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about our car and makes it a seamless process.
I've never had a bad experience here. And we've been coming to this location for 10+ years! My car always runs and performs as intended!

This was my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle. Working with Tom Ma was fabulous. He was eager to help me find the car I wanted and showed me several options in my price range. We worked together several days as I test drove multiple cars and made my decision. He was always patient, happy and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He also helped remove the racks from my trade in before I left with my new car. Overall great experience!
