I brought in my vehicle for service and my experience with Lexus of Bellevue was amazing! I was immediately greeted by a service vallet gentleman by the name of Jacob Field. I remembered his name because his customer service was off the chart. He was genuinely helpful and it s hard to find that type of customer service nowadays. My service advisor was just as amazing, Alex Teager. I highly recommend her if you ever have to bring in your vehicle for service. She s very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process easy for me and even got me in and out of the dealership before the estimated time. I also had a talk with a few of the bright salemen upstairs while waiting for my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and boy I tell ya, if I was looking to purchase a vehicle I would definitely want to go through them. They just seemed like honest and knowledgeable salesmen and that s definitely hard to find in dealerships these days. I would remcomend looking for any one of these gentlemen if you re interested in purchasing a new Lexus. Their names are David Nguyen, Nick Field, Ren Choeung and Mike Shin. I would have to say this is my best experience at a dealership because of the GENUINE customer service! I forgot to mention that it s also the biggest and nicest dealership around!
