I got an ES 350 but due to an unfortunate mistake ...

I got an ES 350 but due to an unfortunate mistake a key feature that was thought to be present was missing. Since the terms of the deal could not be changed, they went out of their way to rectify and compensated for it. Really appreciate the folks at LOB for taking care of the issue.
