I walked in and said my key fob was having battery problems with my key fob on my Lexus. PJ at the service desk asked to see my keys, then 2 seconds later gave them back and said, "you shouldn't have that problem anymore". What a stud, I hope the rest of my experienceshere are the same

White glove treatment from the best lexus dealership in the NW. I highly recommend Internet Sales Associate TOM MA. ASK FOR HIM! He's knowledgeable, articulate and patient. None of that pushy salesman you see in Lexus of Seattle. He even picked me up all the way from Vancouver WA on his day off and drove me to Lexus of Bellevue. WOW! Talk about going above and beyond. We were in Lexus of Bellevue on Memorial Day to look around the cars just want find more ideas, but not ready to by a new car as we had an old car need to be sold before we buy. The sales person Larry Jones was approached to us, he has showed us the models we are interested and take a drive test with us. and help us made a quick decision to purchase the new car and trade in our old car in one stop. And Erich Woermann is also very helpful to go over with the navigation and all the service Lexus provided. The price is litter higher that the other 2 car shops we have checked, but the level of service they provided (4 free services, car wash fee, etc.) and professionalism are worth to buy a car in here.
We are 100% satisfied with my purchase experiences.

I was truly blessed to have Lexus representative AJ Jensen guide me through what could easily be seen as a complicated and stressful interaction , when I was at the dealership getting repair work. But AJ made it an experience I will truly never forget. He was professional and informative, while also being caring and supportive. WOW. Where do I start?! I originally bought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 from Lexus of Seattle (in Lynnwood) in January of 2018. My radio started to stop working past a certain volume after many attempts (8 months worth of back of forth) with Lexus of Seattle! They refused to fix the issue and lied about everything they told me they did to my car.

My friend referred me to work with Josh at Lexus of Bellevue and I can not say enough good things about him, there were some issues the first time they worked on the car with the radio still not working which is not their fault, they tested it and it seemed to work and I took my car home and it worked for 2 days then stopped again. I picked my car up yesterday and it is now working fingers crossed it stays that way, but the customer service here is unbeatable. Josh communicated with me about everything and kept me up to date about my car along the way! If you need to take your car in for service DO NOT TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE. Josh is awesome and so was the GM (cant remember his name).

Chris Johnston has implied on multiple occasions that he wanted liquor as a Christmas gift. I felt obligated to buy it when I don't even drink. Chris Johnston refused to replace the rusted bolts that were put on my car by his repair center. I emailed Chris expressed to him I did not want him to be smart a...when he makes excuses why I can't come in have my tire fixed or why he hasn't return my emails. I went in as suggested and was turned away the entire service department not willing to help me with issue I was having. Chris hands me a handful of bolts and says you can do it yourself. I brought to it Chris Johnston attention about I had get my tires rebalance somewhere else Chris Johnston told me he did have to fix my tire because did not sell it to me. Tony Stevens walked around following Erica and I as if to set a scene that went from common customer customer service concern turning into something that needed to reported by Kiro news. No one was willing to help me resolve my issue with service department or resolve the issue I was having with my tires. The is not a very inviting place this place takes people's money without rendering service

I purchased a new 2020 Lexus IS300 AWD. And I worked with An, who is a great salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through various trims and models, as I hadn t decided on NX vs RX vs IS. But he allowed me to test drive various vehicles. The whole process was also very smooth all the way through financing, as I chose to lease due to holiday incentives. We ll be back to purchase another Lexus from An. I highly recommend Bellevue Lexus, their staff and facilities are five stars compared to other dealerships.

I am updating my review. I truly appreciate the GM Jason V. working with me to make sure that I was satisfied when it came to this car sell. Jason was patient and took the time to meet with me so that I could explore all of my options. I actually love my car now ( the 4 wheel drive in Seattle's recent snow storm was awesome). With this experience, I really learned a valuable lesson about making sure I do my own vehicle comparisons and research for before signing documents. The NX is a great car. But most importantly I just appreciate Jason taking the time to be professional, hearing my concerns and being willing to help in anyway that he could to make me happy.

Also the car wash is open during weird hours like 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, which means if you work a regular office job, you'll probably never be able to get your car washed.

We were in the market looking to pick-up our first car in Q2-2016, and this was the first dealership we started at, which ended up being our last :) We bought a Lexus RX 350 (Certified 2014) and absolutely love it! But what made the experience that much more special was the professionalism we were treated to by Nick Field (Sales) & Andrew Timm (Pre-Owned Manager). We were actively comparing other Lexus cars in the market and Andrew took the patience to dig-up information about each of these cars and educate me on why these were risky to buy. He explained logically why the cars his dealership sells are better than the ones at other dealerships, and that was more than enough to assure and convince me that I was making the right and sensible decision. Once that was done, Nick Field took over. His super-high energy levels and frank helpful opinions were so refreshing that we felt so much more comfortable going through the whole process. We finally ended up signing all the papers at 1130pm and Nick had the same energy levels at that time of the night. As we were driving out we realized that the car s battery was dead because someone had accidentally kept the lights on for the last 5 hours. Nevertheless, Nick relentless tried to jump-start the car but unfortunately that didn t work due to some missing equipment and the fact that there was no one else at the dealership at 12am to help out. But he personally made sure that the car was delivered sharp at noon the next day straight to my house. Overall it was amazing to see Nick s effort throughout - kudos to him for demonstrating such strong customer obsession! Since then I ve dropped by the dealership multiple times and Nick and Andrew have been super loyal and helpful in taking out time and explaining various features of my car. And to ensure 100% satisfaction, Andrew also specially ordered a specific replacement part which was really not required, but it clearly demonstrates his high-standards towards ensuring that customers are absolutely enjoying their car no matter how small or big the issue is!

Overall I highly recommend coming down here and working with Nick & Andrew - these guys have the right attitude to help you make the right decision and then sticking by your side to ensure you continue having a fun experience!

The rest of the staff have also been equally welcoming right from our first Sales person - Robbyn Blankinship, to the lovely lady at the reception - Ms. Nayeli who always remembers me amongst the crowd, to Mr. Christopher Albrecht at the Parts & Tech Department who recommended me to use Aero products for my car which have been nothing short of amazing - thanks again!

I could not be happier with my experience at Lexus of Bellevue. I recently bought a pre-owned SUV and from my sales rep to the pre-owned manager the customer service level was exceptional. The process was smooth and everyone was so nice. I ran in to some problems 3 months after my purchase and they still stepped in to help me resolve the issues. I was referred to them because of the outstanding service and I was not let down. They also have a very lovely lobby and waiting area!

Brought in, asked they specifically check the R&P. Called us "same day", done! Let us test drive and "voila!" fixed!! Tracks at 70 MPH with no pull!

I have purchased a LOT of cars in my lifetime, but this experience (June 2018) at Lexus of Bellevue (particularly manager Nick Field and Tawnee in Finance) was the overall best. In particular, Nick listened to what was important to us, respected our time, was creative with presenting options to facilitate a faster trade in, and pulled a well-timed team together for the quickest completion of paperwork to get us out the door with young kids. It was everything that you hope for and are promised in service, but rarely receive. I would strongly recommend anyone ask for Nick Field for your next vehicle.

Sales person and Sales manager were very helpful and friendly. But I had terrible time with their money collection method. First of all, no personal check accepted!! That's ok, we purchased cashier check, then found out the name of purchaser of cashier check had to be the title person!! That's frustrated because it was not known at time of purchase and money and time had been spent to purchase cashier check, had to go to bank again and make another arrangement. To buy a car from this dealership, you almost has to bring all cash. Why don't they print out and present to customer the method of payment required.

It was horrible service on March 7th, 2019. Left my car at Lexus for an oil change and detail. Was promised a loaner vehicle which never happened. The shuttle finally came but delayed me by 30 min to my destination. Then got empty promises from Al Jensen that a shuttle was coming right away but waited over an hour for shuttle to pick me up and it still wasn't coming. I was so delayed i ended up taking an uber and didn't even get reimbursed. Poor unprofessional service and not the best interior detail job either, I've had better. I vowed never to return but i have a prepaid service package for a year which i need to make use of.
Back today for another service with similar scenario regarding the shuttle (that's a separate review). Ugh!

I came to Lexus of Bellevue after having problems with my car's original dealership. Upon arriving, this dealership looked very well taken care of, very professional and appealing. When we came to the front desk, we were immediately helped and escorted to where we needed to go with our questions. We were taken to Ross Fahlen, the Service Consultant. He attentively listened to our questions and concerns about our car, and kindly offered to take a look it to find the problem, letting us choose any car we wanted to borrow for free while that was getting done. He did everything on his part to help us well and efficiently and answered any further questions that we had.
The car we borrowed was excellent as well. Clean on the inside and out, and worked perfectly. It was very convenient to be able to borrow this complimentary loaner car while our car was being fixed.
Shortly after we agreed to have the car looked at and left the dealership, we got a call from Ross, telling us that they found the problem and that our warranty company will help pay. Our warranty company, though, wanted used parts to be placed on our car only, but Ross told us that Lexus of Bellevue doesn't even have used parts to install in cars, only new parts. He did everything he could to lower the price so that we would end up paying less out of our pocket. This was a really kind and thoughtful thing for him to do, and saved us around half of a thousand dollars. We didn't even have to ask him to help us lower the price. He was also very patient on the phone because I had to translate what he said to my husband, which took some time. After telling us the total amount and how much we would have to pay out of our own pockets (which was a very small amount), we gave him permission to start repairs on our car.
The car was fixed very soon, and after the warranty company had paid, we came to pick up our car. As soon as we parked the loaner, a worker came up to us and helped us with some questions we had. After, we talked to Ross again and he got our receipt ready and explained what was on there. We then waited for less than five minutes for our car to pull up, and when we sat inside, we were happy to see it very clean and taken well care of.
We have had several different experiences with other dealerships but Lexus of Bellevue has proved to be the best dealership that we have come across and we do plan on returning when it is needed. It was very pleasant to work with Ross Fahlen and his excellent customer service skills. He patiently and knowledgeably helped us with every question and gained our respect and trust for Lexus of Bellevue.

Dale is a prime example of what every Lexus salesman should be. He s one of the best and most genuine salesman out there. I ve been through two salesman at Lexus of Bellevue and purchased two cars in the past. A NX back in 2015 and IS back in 2018.

But what makes Dale so different and stick out from the others?

I came in a few weeks ago full of burning questions. I currently own a Lexus IS 250 and was looking for trade in options. Luckily, Dale helped guided me through my customer journey / experience and answered all my questions fast and very efficient. Straight to the point, honest, and very genuine. It s people like him that is going to move the Lexus of Bellevue forward and the reason why I enjoy going back every time.

it's mid morning on Saturday. My RX350 dash says it is time for another 5000 miles maintenance check. I phone Lexus and particularly A J Jensen. I bring my car in. Wait about 5 minutes - he serving another customer. He fills out the work statement, gives me a cost estimate and text me in about 2 hours. In less than that, I receive the text. I tell A J Jensen, I have a misunderstanding with my GPS system. He solves the problem with a thorough explanation. We shake hands and I take off.

Lexus and A J Jensen has been servicing my Lexus's for 16 years. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly all of the work is done correctly the first time.

I hit a pot hole and arrived with little notice and my car on a flatbed tow truck. Edgar, from Starbucks towing knew the dealer location and where to enter the service garage with my car. After I collected my belongings from my car, Edgar then drove me out of the garage and around closer to the outside service entrance, so I didn't have to tromps through an auto garage.
I entered the service entrance, a little unclear as to where to go to get help so I asked a gentleman and he guided me to Ross. Ross was helpful and swift. He figured out it would be at least 2 days to get anew tire so he arranged for a loaner car. After reviewing the intial plan to replace one tire and asses the rest of the wheels, and my extended coverage, he had a loaner car ready. I have left a few items in the console of the convertible so Ross drove me in the loaner back through the service garage and then after we were out he gave me a quick but adequate orientation to the car and I was back to the rest of my day.
Ross's communication and efforts with the claims process has been notable and appreciated as we discovered the car needed much more work than initially thought.
Thank you Ross and team for making my first service experience with Lexis of Bellevue a great experience.

Well if i would have time i would write quite a bit. I took my HS 250 Hybrid in for a braking malfunction. When we were driving the car a warning would pop up stating that the car needs to be on a flat surface and the brake applied securely but the funny thing is we were driving. We took it in 3 times for the same reason we even recorded the phenomenon on our IPhone and after the third time they told us that next time we will have to pay if we decide to take it in. The warning keeps coming on every day but i will not take it in because they are clueless. They are not that qualified to diagnose and rectify the problems on this HS 250.

I was told it would take about 2 hours and I waited in their comfortable waiting area. The agent found me at about 2 hours and 10 minutes. I accompanies the agent to his office and OK'd the work and we discussed some questions I had about the car. My car was brought up promptly and I left very satisfied.

I looked at BMW, Audi, and Lexus until I narrowed my choice down to a Lexus certified used 2013 GS350 F Sport for sale at Lexus of Bellevue. I sent an email inquiry through their website and Michele Thoreson contacted me within 5 minutes.

When we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted. We connected with Michelle within a couple minutes and she started getting us set up for a test drive. I was thoroughly impressed with the car and decided to make an offer Michelle guided us through the process and was very straightforward and helpful. The sale process took no more than 15 minutes.

While we waited for the financing paperwork, Michelle accommodated us with additional test drives of other cars since we will be in the market for another car in a few months. And while it was a busy Saturday, Michelle continued checking in with us up until we drove off the lot.

Michelle s excellent customer service made the process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I'm disappointed in Lexus of Bellevue due to the fact they hired some con artists salesmans and sale director. A brother of mine bought a traded a car through them and purchase one of there car everything was sign and seal a few days later they call to ask to get there car back and say that his car was all mess up. The fact is before every was even sign they had a service master tech and the sale manager went on a test drive and didn't notice anything and now a few days later there was a problem. It's like whatever the dealership want and say the consumers has to bend over. Very disappointed in Lexus of Bellevue. Lexus built great car but lack in great salesmans.

Excellent service for my 2017 ES350. Took 90 minutes on Saturday morning. Car was returned clean. Service facility is comfortable with beverages and TVs and snacks. All around great experience. Cost of service was very reasonable. Service agent was professional and very respectful.
