Buyers Beware Lexus of Bellevue
Ridiculous and outrageous sums up our car experience

We are nearing our 4th payment on a new lease agreement and still dealing with charges that were accessed by the 3rd party inspector that we don t agree with. Everyone from the Salesman, Finance Director and General Manager are aware of the situation. They do a lot of reaching out via email that they care with no follow through. Even as most recently Saturday, Financial Director reached out via email requesting a time to talk on Monday, 6/17. The email was promptly replied with two times of availability. She never responded and the times have passed. We have been holding onto hope and patience to get through this experience.

We are being charged $1,008. for the replacement of the front window for excessive wear . When Lexus Financial was asked to provide pictures, one was provided from the inside of a car. A poor quality copy of a photograph that appears to show a small line in the field of vison. Damage to the window could have been repaired for free or at most $100.00 for full replacement through our car insurance. So the damage is a bit of a mystery as neither of us recall there being damage to the front window when we put the car in Lexus of Bellevue's care. In addition the car was thoroughly inspected at Lexus of Bellevue Service Department at their request. The service department noted no concerns, even the door ding was ok as they said that inspectors are accommodating to normal wear. Tires were the only thing mentioned however still considered normal wear and generally replaced at 4 years. They said all the right words to get the sale to go through. No mention of damage to the window or concern. We were preapproved through our credit union to purchase the car with being over in miles. We were assured everything looked great. So this bill came as a complete shock.

Proceed with caution when reinvesting in a new Lexus until you receive the final bill in hand from Lexus Financial. In our case it took 7 weeks after purchase to get the final bill and now we are at 14 weeks still no resolution.
It s unfortunate that we have been treated like this, this was our 3rd Lexus through Lexus of Bellevue and our family, friends and neighbors are Lexus owners, but maybe not through them anymore.
