My service representative, Alex Tager was fabulous as always. I had some time constraints in my schedule but she was able to facilitate my service needs and my schedule. Alex also clearly reviewed my 60,000 mile service and the new brake pad servicing. I am very happy with Alex as my contact and with the quality of the service that she facilitates for me. S Dewalt
