I recently bought a Ct200h and George Schafer was extremely helpful. I got distracted by the pretty cars and haven't made it through the doors, but luckily George ran out to greet me. If I could I would have no stars. This dealership is deceitful and salespeople lie. returning with my daughter and son in law I had an appt. for 10am. Waited 1 and half hours for her to help me as I have already been in to test drive and was ready to make a deal. Then she had people get the car and it was dirty and needed to be washed and it did not have any gas. more waiting. I should have walked out. as we open the hatchback there was a small wasp nest with one wasp on it! my son in law took it out. The dealership was not phased. Then we had to leave spending so much time wasting on waiting I returned the next day at 9am. First we settled on the lexus rebate and if I paid cash would get a 2K discount NOT! then tried to sell me stuff already on the car such as lowjack, pulse , mud flaps, car mats. etc. Then finally sold me on the windshield protection plan for 999.99 said insurance would not cover it as to recalibrations, sensors etc. Come to find out my insurance does cover it. She did not give me my paperwork and called 3 days in a row to get it and she would not call me. I got an email to rate my experience and replied please call me. Only then I got a phone call back. I told her I did not receive my paperwork and she had forgot and had it fed ex. The deception and lies are just too much. Never go here

I went to Lexus of Bellevue while shopping around for a new lease. After being with Volkswagen for 10 years, I had a lot of information to gather, and everyone at Lexus was really helpful. When comparing my experiences with the other luxury brands I visited, Lexus of Bellevue definitely took great care of me and was able to give me a great deal for a fabulous car. I had 3 wonderful consultants/sales consultants working with me Tom Ma, Minh Bui, and Ryond Encarnation. I would highly recommend working with them if you are at Lexus of Bellevue.

Poor customer service, dealership referred me to a glass repair that tried to shake me down for extra money on top of my insurance. even though I purchased this through the same parent company O Brien, they would not let me leave the car and forced me to drive it 50 miles to the Tacoma dealership that I bought it from. I had a wonderful experience. Very comfortable waiting area and I was able to get my vehicle repaired quickly and effortlessly. My customer service representative in the repair area was extremely helpful, even loaning me a phone charger! It is the little things that often make all the difference in customer service. I will definitely return to this location for any repairs if needed. I highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue.

He made sure we were out of there as quickly as possible without compromising the exceptional customer service he gave us. I've been taking my Lexus to Bellevue since I bought it in 2008. Always a positive experience. My service lead Alex keeps me updated on service work and lets me know all costs expected. She always asks before fixing any unexpected items found. Easy to drop off/pick up vehicle and all everyone I've met has been very friendly and professional.

Rish was super helpful when looking at the cars I was interested in. The place was also super professional with their social distancing. Didn't end up buying a car because the size/prices didn't exactly match what I need. But I'll definitely be coming back for a future car purchase.

I had my car in for servicing yesterday; I was about 90 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. Kyle Woo nonetheless got the excellent service technicians working on my car, and 90 minutes later, my car was ready.
This shows the flexibility that Lexus of Bellevue has when working with their customers.

As usual, everyone there treated me most graciously, and I highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue, and their outstanding work.

Fantastic waiting area for service appointments, with comfortable chairs, work spaces, a flat screen, and WiFi. They have a small cafe to buy small meals, treats, and drinks, as well as complimentary cookies and coffee!

I've been coming to Lexus of Bellevue since 2005 and have happily leased 3 cars from them now. They always provide the best service and are extremely efficient.
My third leasing process was no exception. Took only 2 hours after work on a Friday night, and shortly after I was on my way home in my new Lexus.
Erika Olson (sales director) got me set up and out the door with the most competitive package out there (trust me, I've shopped around) and is just a wonderful pleasure to work with.
Remy Nguyen (sales & leasing consultant) went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied.
I just can't say enough good things about these guys and this dealership. They took such good care of me the first time, and continue to take better care of me each time I return for another car. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with this dealership - they REALLY take care of their long-term customers :)

My wife's' car left her stranded, for the second time in just a few months. And, it can go without saying...but I'll say it anyway...
It is NEVER good when your wife gets stranded!

This much I understand, cars can fail.
These are machines built by men, they will fail! Not if...but when!
Cars get baked, frozen, and beat by the road.
And still, we all hate it when it happens...when they fail.

Pat Wilmot, John Dasher, Derrick Albrecht...masters of their craft!
They understand they fix cars, but more importantly they know theirs is a people industry. In both areas, LOB service dept. is the best!

I have been having maintenance done on my Lexus GS 300 for 15 years with one person. Allen Jenson .He ,first and foremost, along with impeccable staff and service are the reasons I continue to return. 3 or 4 years ago in wintertime in the pouring rain my car went down along 509 at 6:00 a.m. and Mr. Jenson handled every step like a walk in the park. Allen is a friend and I always look forward to seeing him. Thank you Allen!

Excellent service, treated well. I love my car and it ruins superbly after 18 years. I know they would like me to buy a new car but these cars are built to last and Lexus of Bellevue keeps it running.

Came in without appointment and still got accepted for service. Lots of complimentary snacks, coffee drinks, and entertainment room provided for the waiting guests. My Salesman, Raymond Li was absolutly fantastic. I went in looking for used and ended up with a new car at a used price!!!

A shout out to his manager Cindy and her manager Kevin as well who went out of their way to make sure I left knowing I got a great product at a great price!

I did notice that everyone that worked there seemed so happy and content; no stress like at most other dealerships where the pressure is alway on. Great people, great experience!

Purchased a new RX350 in June 2020 and although I love how the vehicle drives and the overall look, Lexus of Bellevue needs to do better QC on their vehicles before selling them. Upon washing my vehicle for the first time I noticed the roof has numerous scratches along the top - too deep to buff out and had a quote of $2400 to fix (requires repainting the whole roof). The chrome roof rails are untouched which makes me think those were put on after the roof was scratched? Additionally, I have imminent white pearl paint color and the paint is blotchy on one of the doors - that's another $2K to fix as it requires repainting the entire side of the vehicle. I've enjoyed driving my new car and at a glance it looks great, but paying that much these issues should have been caught by Lexus prior to selling the vehicle. I will say they did a decent job fixing the rattle in my dash so that's a plus. I have some family members who have had good luck purchasing vehicles from Lexus of Bellevue so maybe this is an isolated issue, but please be sure to inspect the entire vehicle before buying from them. Just in case.

There was another female assistant who Chris asked to help while I was waiting for the car, she told me to wait and she never came back to me.

Mark Ryond was the best salesmen I have ever experienced. He worked very hard to reach a final deal which I really appreciated.
I spoke with a couple of sales person about a car I was interested before I met Ryond but no one had followed up in some reason. One day, Ryond called me and cut right to the chase, and took the time to work with me to fulfill my requests. He caught up what I exactly wanted right away and moved on very quickly. Then I finally felt that I was talking to the right person.
Also, I was very impressed by his excellent knowledge of vehicles from his technical service department experience and from his technician background. Further more, he has a great personality!
It has been almost a week since I purchased and his follow up is still awesome. I will highly recommend Mark Ryond as a go to person at Lexus Bellevue.
By the way his entire team was awesome as well.

After a recent visit for a routine service, Lexus of Bellevue took good care of our car, kept us up-to-date, and made sure all our concerns were addressed.

We're hoping this becomes the norm.

My partner and I were hoping for a better connection with Lexus of Bellevue's service department. We love our Lexus car and the Lexus brand, but now, a third time within a few months, disappointed with the overall service department experience.

We were told we would be notified as soon as the service was complete, and they gave us about a 2hr window. After 2hrs we had not received an update and we had noticed our car parked in the lot. Curious, we decided to check back with our service rep. Our service rep was not available, so we checked with another rep., which Lexus was staffed well with available service reps.

The service rep seemed annoyed that we were bother him and that we could not recall our service rep's name. However, discovering the card had been ready earlier, his demeanor changed. Receiving a more pleasant and professional experience, we were checked out.

By the time we arrived home, 2.5hrs later, we received a message our car was ready to be claimed.

What a disappointment and not what I've grown to expect with the Lexus brand.

My wife stopped by, anticipating to only window shop around at LOB. The salesman, Isaac Ortiz, showed her a great 2019 option on the RX-350, explaining to her all the bells and whistles while she test drove it, and shaving off as much as possible from the monthly payment with our plan. She was pretty decisive, and wanted to seal the deal that day. They needed some of my signatures, although my time was limited for work reasons, so Isaac prepped all the paperwork for me to come in, sign and leave. Great customer service is thrown around too easily, because when you find a place like LOB, and a salesman like Isaac Ortiz; you find patience, expertise, understanding, and truly what great customer service entails.

Stopped by mid afternoon (around 3:45 pm) w/o appointment hoping to get oil change. Service Mgr was able to take RX-350 in right away, get it all done and cleaned within 40 minutes or so. It was quite a pleasant experience. Really appreciated.

I had such a great experience at Lexus of Bellevue. Salesman David Boman was so helpful and has excellent product knowledge. He clearly explained all the options available for my vehicle and showed me how to use the options that I purchased. Sales manager Andy Bui was also helpful and worked with David to finalize my deal. I felt that I got a great trade-in price on my five year old SUV, and the deal that I got on the Lexus RX 350 was fantastic. I also appreciated that General Manager Jason Vena came over to meet me and thank me for my purchase. The entire store made me feel like a valued customer! I went all over the area looking at luxury vehicles, and I highly recommend buying at Lexus of Bellevue.

Just bought a new 2018 Lexus NX, our second purchase from Lexus of Bellevue. The car is extremely comfortable, and very solid. It has every feature you could want, and it's a great driving car.

We were very impressed with our sales person, David Boman - he took great care of us. David was very courteous, personable, and knowledgeable all the way through the purchase process, and we never felt any pressure. Even after the deal was done, David has continued to provide timely follow-through on some important questions we had about the NX's GPS features.

Bottom line: great car, excellent purchase experience. We highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue.

Outstanding service. This is my second lease with this dealership and each good experience seems to build on the last. Cindy in sales was exceptional in working with me on the pricing and availability to ensure i found the car i had in mind with the right color, interior, and options.

David from sales went above and beyond to ensure my deal continued with care and professionalism. David took it upon himself to facilitate after market purchases, and prioritized my time and schedule. He even scheduled a ride home to seattle from Bellevue when there were no shuttles available, and THEN went even further by hand delivering my vehicle to my residence aftet the work was completed. That is what i call service. Its 2018... how often does that happen nowadays!? Id be lucky to speak to a customer service agent on the same continent with anyone else!

I dont consider myself an easy sell... Lexus of Bellevue has earned my business by going the extra mile every time and this is why ill return year after year.
