Lexus of Bellevue has taken customer service to a whole new level! I have been in management for over 20 years, choosing the right people is key. What I experienced yesterday was nothing short of one of the best experiences I have every had! It was a simple request, but I was treated with great respect and top notch customer service. I was looking for touchup paint for my 2000 Lexus (which apparently the base coat is no longer available). Aaron in the paint dept, Chris at the front desk in parts and Ryan desk #4 gave me complete focus and attention to fulfill my simple need.
Aaron, without hesitation, took a look at my RX300 and said, "I will take care of this for you, did I have time to wait, about 30 minutes?". I could tell he was busy but I felt my need was just as important as anything else he was doing. I visited your upstairs "waiting area" which was amazing! Waiting is not what I experienced at all. It was beautiful, relaxing, upscale restrooms, computers, coffee, food options, beautiful window views, waiting was not at all what I will reflect on. It felt like a luxury hotel. I will cut this short by saying ~ I drove away with my Lexus beautifully restored and one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time! In one day, I have told at least 15 people about my experience. Thank you so much for getting it right!
