Every time we have occasion to visit Lexus of Bellevue they demonstrate what an amazing and dedicated team they are. This time we dealt with Chris Albrecht. We had a question about a recommended cleaner for a spot on our cars carpet. Chris took time to understand our concern and then he personally took time out from what he was working on to walk us through their system and get our issue resolved. He made us feel like our minor concern was of paramount importance to him and everybody he brought in to help us mirrored his attitude and level of service.
