I don't have to be worried about anything once I am taking my car to them. Mike McCann is the rep I always work with. I purchased a new vehicle from Lexus Bellevue about two weeks ago and my experience was quite good. Mr. Thaun Ma was the sale representative who helped us to select the car. He was very friendly, fair and helpful. He spent more than three hours on showing and explaining different car and he patiently went over all of them in detail. Once I found the car I like, he quickly helped to select the useful package for the vehicle and I thank Lexus Bellevue for having such a helpful and honest sale team reps.
My experience with the service section was not as great as the sale team. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I dropped the car in the service section for installing the chip protection and originally they told me that it would take 2-3 hours for them to install the package. They called me a few hours later and told me the car would not be ready because they are understaff and the car would not be ready until next week. I would have chosen another date for the service if they had not told me that the service only took 2-3 hours.

The care is great, but equally important the sales process was professional in every respect, and the transaction was handled very quickly and respecting my time. Because my time is limited, Bruce brought the car to me to test drive, and when I decided which model I wanted he had all of the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I called about a 2016 Lexus ES300h. Was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour later, the same guy answers, says oops and transfers me to another guy with a middle eastern accent. Never told me his name.
Long story short, couldn t meet in the middle on a couple grand towards on trade in for my Lexus. The guy literally says, you are wasting my time .
Bear in mind, I understand dealers have to deal with hostile customers. But I m the farthest from that. I was polite, and feel I went the extra mile by calling them back when I shouldn t have to begin with.
I will never step foot in that dealership based on that experience. Taking my money elsewhere, as you should.

I learned (after handing over $150) that there is no fix for a problem Lexus has known about for over a decade. I now have an unreliable 2006 IS250, a car I love & planned on keeping for many more years. I will have to trade it in & it won't be on another Lexus since it's become clear to me Lexus does not support it's older models adequately. In a couple of months my family will be returning our leased IS350 FSport, & we will not be replacing it with another Lexus.

When I voiced these patches Jamison came to the rescue and made our experience with the dealership all the more better. You can even say they earned some redemption. My biggest advice when buying a car, don't rush and look everywhere. Even neighboring states. Unless you don't mind overpaying, it will save you thousands. My mistake, I was tired of car shopping and negotiating, so I settled.
The sales people are very nice, the nicest of almost all dealerships I have been to. But, as soon as you sit down to buy your car, it turns into your typical dealer experience. Finance was your typical finance, the girl who did my paperwork promptly pretended like I didn't exist anymore as soon as I gave her my check. Very typical. I was asked like a hundred times to pay for extended warranties and an additional this or that or I would have to pay more for the car. And my car was overpriced.
The sales side really do go out of their way to make you happy. I was offered tint and a clear bra, for roughly $1600. Very overpriced. But I took it to see how they compare to the outside shops that charge half that for the same service. They offered to come to my work, pick up my car, leave a loaner and the reverse when it was done. Very cool, but I didn't take it.
Details on my car, it is a 2014 certified IS250. The KBB for that car is roughly 30K in a private sale. It was listed for roughly 33K. They wanted about 38K after all the tax and fees. The car had curb damage to two wheels, a small dent on the driver's kick panel, and front end damage from hitting a parking stopper. Price was lowered $500 for the damage. Overall, it was way higher than the other 250's I looked at. But not too bad. Mileage was the lowest of any I have seen.
The service side, is very nice also. Easy to communicate with and get what I needed done. The guys who did my tint left water streaks on all my doors, I know the process so I guess that's understandable, but lazy. Some things in my interior were removed and not get put back, it would have taken like two seconds, very lazy. Whoever did my clear bra, had a piece of debris stuck under the film and decided to just go for it, thinking I won't care or notice. But I did and I do. So far, not impressed for how much I paid for the service and the premium on my car for that Lexus experience. So far, it feels just a small step above Honda. Even when I worked at Toyota Of Lake City, we left every customers car in the exact condition it came it, definitely no stains or marks or we would get our ass chewed out big time.
So that was my experience within the first two weeks of buying a car from Lexus Of Bellevue.

He called me within 15min of my email and said that he would get my car scheduled for their body shop to repair what I was concerned about and would give me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. This was great news to me. Then my car went in and they even took care of a couple other minor things I had asked about all for no charge to me. I understand sometimes people get busy but I submitted my credit app at 12:35 and he didn t even shoot me an email until 5:50 I would have at least liked him to tell me he will be awhile. And then he called me at 6:40 to tell me it will be done tomorrow. So I went to an online chat to get help. And the person Amy logged out of the chat after a couple minutes while I was typing. I've run into some issues with my used car purchase and subsequent service visit, but both times, Fred sees the dissatisfaction I am feeling and takes action before I even voice my dissatisfaction! It's like he's psychic. Fred truly has a way to turn a disappointing visit into a pleasant one that will leave you smiling. Seriously, ask for Fred if you want a good buying experience.

We did not buy this vehicle from Lexus of Bellevue, it came to WA from Texas and has stayed here with me. I am a BIG believer of using the dealership for the more luxury brand cars when it comes to maintenance. When the car arrived to WA we started using Lexus of Bellevue and they have always treated us like we bought the car there. We are allowed to get the car washed and we consistently bring the car in for maintenance. I use whichever customer service rep is available and every time I have great service. They car is low mileage and does not need a lot of work and I am never pressured to do something I do not need. If I need or want to buy another Lexus, I will absolutely buy from Lexus of Bellevue. Great job everyone!

Needed 50k service and was not planning on going to my usual service center anytime soon (3 hours away) so I decided to go to Lexus Bellevue for the first time. Service was fine and they recommended that I get my brake pads replaced, when I was handed the keys and drove away the brakes would go down to the floor. I later found out it was due to not pumping the brakes. They stated that they test drove my car on the service charges so I'm not sure how they missed that. It was unsafe and I will not return.

I had to buy a new vehicle due to an accident. I saw this 2017 Lexus IS 300 F Sport and fell in love. It was just was I was looking for after the tragic loss of my sweet GS 350. My husband and I drove up to Lexus of Bellevue were greeted by Sam Delaney. We told him we would look around and find him when we were ready. We took a look around the lot. Found the IS and she was just as pretty in person. We took her out for a test drive. My husband asked all the questions and Sam was able to answer every single one. We got back, Sam ran the numbers, and we talked and bing, bang, boom, Sam and Chase had me into my IS 300! They are also amazing with how they deliver the vehicle to you. Make sure you know where everything is. How to use everything. And answer all questions you have. This was not at all a painful experience. We weren't there all day. We knew what we wanted and Sam and the Lexus of Bellevue team got it done! I am one happy chick!

The process of buying my first car was a rough and unpleasant experience that dragged on for two weeks. Our sales advisor Henry, kept unclear communication about our situation, leading us to believe that our deal was finalized when we left the first day and all we had to do was wait for our car to arrive for pick up; which wasn t the case. It was two weeks of, we need additional documents and we need additional signatures for your paperwork. When we came back the following weekend to do that additional paperwork which he said he d be back with in 10-15 minutes, he wasn t nowhere to be found for 3 hours (we even had lunch). After we came back from lunch (which didn t even take 30 minutes), he was seen helping another family. After asking for a status update, they brought out another advisor to help us, Ryan Bland. We pretty much had to renegotiate an entirely new deal; though, Ryan was able to get approval and confirmation in less than an hour. He also followed up with us every day to make sure we had a clear idea of the situation and gave us updates on the status of our car.
It s frustrating to say that, we wasted a total of 9 hours on two of our Saturdays, waiting for something that could ve been done in less than an hour, if the associate cared enough to do it correctly. The communication in the beginning was shady and confusing, it didn t make sense whether or not we were able to get the car and what we could do.
I do plan on buying another car from here BUT, specifically I would not settle for our original associate Henry Zhao. I appreciated greatly the help of Ryan Bland, as he was placed into the middle of our complicated deal and made the rest of the experience smoother and more reassuring.

Update: I got a call from the manager (Erica) and she explained the misunderstanding we had, she was very professional and friendly. Thank you Erica and will reach out for help when needed.
