Atrocious customer service.
They messed up our flight booking to New Zealand (we only found out because we called the airline about something else), and would have left us stranded in Hong Kong. We spend all of our spare time for a whole week on the phone to them, during which they didn't attempt to help at all but spent the whole time trying to pass blame, telling us everything was fine, and refusing to look into it. It only got sorted eventually from my spending a solid 2 hours on the phone insisting they sort it out. So unprofessional.
Do NOT use Last Minute! They caused us so much unnecessary stress and hassle, I couldn't believe how their business can actually function with such poor service and when they obviously don't know what they're doing. (The whole issue was that they had not processed the flight booking properly, and the airlines said they'd had this problem with them before).
Avoid at all costs.
