Shocking, bad, bad customer care. Centres abroad and going round in the same issue, for 3 weeks. Still ongoing. I would not reccomend at all. I don't think they care much for their customers!!! Also terribly slow in responding on Twitter, almost 5 hours to get s response. I thought this is a serious company, but it doesn't seem that way!

cancelled my flight 6 months ago because of covid and stil no way of contacting them. my booking ID and email is not recognized on their website even though they sent me booking confirmation on that same email. its as if they deleted my account so i cant get a refund. a fraud company, never buying from them again. i just want my refund. no one to talk to. even on their social media everyone complaining only getting automated replies telling us to do what is not working.

Not accountable in anyway or fit for business. Do not use them under any circumstances as they are acting fraudulently in many areas of their service provision. FACT !!

I suffered a heart attack three weeks prior to my departure date and contacted lastminute.com straight away after my release from hospital as I was advised it would not be possible to travel for 4-6 weeks.

I was lucky enough to be able to contact and speak directly to a representative and provide all the information they requested as proof of my situation.

Lastminute.com promised my request would be dealt with as a priority but after three weeks nothing has happened and my holiday was not cancelled by them in spite of them promising they would issue me a refund.

I am now unable to contact lastminute.com by phone as they have disconnected their previous number and they are not responding to my very polite and clear e-mails.

I am disgusted with Lastminute.com as they have taken over a thousand pounds of my money and it seems I will not get it back. I hope people think twice before booking any trip with lastminute.com

SCAM!! I'm waiting for 2 months for two refunds, one of them the airline actually sent me proof that payment was done 2 months ago to Lastminute but Lastminute said they didn't even know the flight was cancelled. A few weeks later Lastminute cancelled all sort of customer service, there is NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM - ILLEGAL. They are not only ignoring refund requests but apparently they're also stealing the refund money received by them.

Price showing online is never available. When it comes to payment it says "something went wrong". When you call them they say that this offer is gone, they can offer something similar (Prices much higher).

Very confusing experience. They might seem to have good reviews on skyscanner, and price looks good. However, when you book a flight it will not be confirmed. It will be "pending approval". Then you will be left in limbo not sure if you have a flight or not. I had to reach out to the airline to find the booking, which they could only with my e-ticket number. The booking code was not provided by lastminute. For the stress I had I would next time pay a little more and book with Expedia.

NEVER BOOK WITH LAST MINUTE DESPITE THEIR CHEAP PRICE!!!

I've never been dealt with such dreadful customer service in my life! and this was not only on one occasion but on two !!! involving another flight ticket.
I booked a flight for a weekend in Barcelona as I has an important event to attend to on Friday, I had originally booked the flight to leave the UK at 6.30 am so i could get to Barcelona as early as possible. A week after the booking was done i receive and email stating the reschedule of my flight. they had changed the flight leaving on friday and 6.30am to leave on friday at 5.30pm!!!! this is an 11 HOUR DIFFERENCE WHICH AFFECTS ME!!!! I Called last minute and they where NO HELP AT ALL they kept saying they will put the request in to see what they can do. i kept going round in circles and nothing was being resolved. I eventually asked for refund and to this this day i am still being tossed around. My flight is now this weekend and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO HELP. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENCY HAS DONE NOTHING BUT BROUGHT STRESS TO MY LIFE!! BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE IMPORTANT EVENT I HAD PLANNED AND LOOSE ALL MY MONEY.

ADVICE TO ALL - DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Be very careful of this travel company, not all the bookings on their website is available, if you try to pay with Paypal it will not go through and you will be forced to use your card. They took my money without confirmation from the hotel, when I got to the hotel I was told that there was no booking for me, I called them, they said they were waiting to get a confirmation from the hotel, I was not told how long it would take them to confirm. I incurred a charge on my phone bill for calling from abroad and I was charged a non-sterling transaction fee and the refunded amount did not cover all the charges. I have tried to call them it keeps saying the service requested is no longer available.

If they continue like this they will go the way of Thomas Cook.

Atrocious customer service.

They messed up our flight booking to New Zealand (we only found out because we called the airline about something else), and would have left us stranded in Hong Kong. We spend all of our spare time for a whole week on the phone to them, during which they didn't attempt to help at all but spent the whole time trying to pass blame, telling us everything was fine, and refusing to look into it. It only got sorted eventually from my spending a solid 2 hours on the phone insisting they sort it out. So unprofessional.
Do NOT use Last Minute! They caused us so much unnecessary stress and hassle, I couldn't believe how their business can actually function with such poor service and when they obviously don't know what they're doing. (The whole issue was that they had not processed the flight booking properly, and the airlines said they'd had this problem with them before).
Avoid at all costs.

Lastminute.com cancelled my Hotel and flight bookings the day before departure without even notifying me. The way I found out was trying to do the outward journey online check-in. I only then discovered that the booking had been cancelled. The customer service operator found it funny. I still don't have a refund. I will never trust Lastminute.com in the future. Appalling. Avoid.

Kept telling me i cant get a refund, even though i never asked for a refund, i asked if the airline i had to personally change my flights through had sent the email confirming my change of flights as last minute hadnt sent my new confirmation through. DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM. When things dont go perfectly they give no help and are so so rude. AVOID

How do you actually speak to a human being? They cancelled my holiday last Monday 10th, very blase about the whole thing, basically we cannot find alternative flights so we have cancelled the lot! We were part of a group of 13, all booked separately because booking as a group causes its own problems (been down that road before). I went online and found alternative flights and booked transfers and rooms direct with hotel...actually saved money. Their automatic telephone system is appalling! Probably have to wait 6 months now for a refund (law states 14 days) that's if they are still trading. Just been through the same thing with IGLU Cruise, 132 days for a 5K refund. These holiday companies are not really covering themselves in glory at the moment !! Lets see........Might just wait the legal 14 days then go straight for the CCJ

Read the T&C's people. I didn't read all of them and came unstuck with Section 22, Technical Data. This is where they positioned the important clause that if I wanted to change anything I couldn't.
I booked a surprise trip away and unfortunately my partner had a work commitment that I wasn't aware of. So, 9 hours after booking I started the predictably tedious task of trying to change the booking, from an early July date to October off season. The time spent on the phone to their dreadful Customer Service team was arduous and unfulfilling and the countless tweets and DM's the same. The customer service team lied to me twice during various phone calls, they informed me things had been changed when they hadn't.
Eventually my flights were changed but they will not change the hotel booking, so I am left with a hotel in July and flights in October. I am now contacting the hotel directly and hopeful of encountering a human being who is reasonable. Fingers crossed.
I am guessing if you don't make a mistake they might be a good company but if you do you are most definitely on your own.

USELESS customer services & most telephone numbers 'do not exist' when you try to call them. Desperatly trying to book a flight & car to get to a sick elderly releative BUT no one knows if the cars available are automatic or manual transmission or what type/ price/ car hire company they are!!!!??? Spent over 2 hours & countless phone calls to get NOWHERE!! Is this customer service??????

Bought flight+Hotel (this hotel is not even listed on their website without a flight)
Did not include a flight ticket, arguied that we did not choose the flight although we did.

Please don't use this company to book anything. They are a complete shoddy outfit. We have flights that have been cancelled and they told me I had to confirm it with the airline. They then said that they would check on it and email me that day and I still haven't heard from them 2 days before we are due to fly. I am expecting to have to take legal action to get my money back. If you have a choice use a reputable company preferably with call centres in the UK.

If i could leave a minus star I would. LastMinute have taken months to provide a refund hiding behind COV19 as an excuse. The airline confirmed cancelled flights and were offering refunds months ago. They confirmed they had updated the systems that LM use but this made not difference. Only when we got ATOL involved have we suddenly received the refund. They are quick to take you money but have a list of excuses or ignore correspondence when it comes to refunds.

What I have learnt from this experience is never to use LastMinute.Com again and will only book via the airlines and hotels directly.

Only problems with the cancellation! In process for over two months, although I always did everything that was required. For three weeks now it's been just waiting ... the processing status in your own app does not correspond to what the employees have been saying by phone for weeks. Nobody can tell me why, I cannot send a confirmation by email. Absolute chaos! Calling back the called numbers is also not possible, instead waiting in the queue again and again. Last time.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE - i spoke to SARAH I am appalled by the customer service lastminute apply to there paid customers - my flight was rearranged to another day so i would be losing money for one days worth of travel I called a very rude customer service agent who started the call off saying 'what' and simply 'yes id number?' i explained that i had a notification from the airline to contact last minute she was very rude and unhelpful and even insisted on us cancelling twisting my words and so on.

The most unhelpful person you could speak to - i called again to complain about the person that logged the same one woman Sarah answered again and tried to pretend it wasn't her that we spoke to the first time we caught her out because we know that last minute employee always record notes everyone time they speak to a customer we confronted her and she got defensive and unravelled it was her on the first call - if you dont like your job find something else i am customer facing and would never be that rude! It is not right

This is not the first time last minute employees will be patronising rude and disrespectful for no reason

multiple times they do not answer the phone and when they do its like speaking to robots who repeat the same thing and very unhelpful

I booked a hotel through this site which I then unfortunately had to cancel. Not only did the company not honour the cancellation fee (which I was prepared to pay), they charged me more and then refused to respond to any of my many emails regarding the issue. This led me to have to pursue the refund rightfully due to me through the ABTA channel which, although I received the refund, was a long-winded course of action for a relatively small amount. I will not be giving this company or its parent company my custom in the future.

Absolutely reprehensible behaviour from this company - I have been due a refund from a flight that was cancelled in April due to COVID-19 and the status for months have been that they are 'finalising the refund' but need the airline to confirm. However, the airline cannot refund me directly or give the confirmation until Lastminute.com enact what is required on their part. They do not have any way to be contacted directly, aside from some automated lines and they do not seem to care that they are illegally withholding money from thousands of customers. They do not even have the decency to provide updates on my refund; I haven't received an update since April.

When the world recovers from COVID-19, I will make sure to never give a penny to this immoral company ever again.
