How do you actually speak to a human being? They cancelled my holiday last Monday 10th, very blase about the whole thing, basically we cannot find alternative flights so we have cancelled the lot! We were part of a group of 13, all booked separately because booking as a group causes its own problems (been down that road before). I went online and found alternative flights and booked transfers and rooms direct with hotel...actually saved money. Their automatic telephone system is appalling! Probably have to wait 6 months now for a refund (law states 14 days) that's if they are still trading. Just been through the same thing with IGLU Cruise, 132 days for a 5K refund. These holiday companies are not really covering themselves in glory at the moment !! Lets see........Might just wait the legal 14 days then go straight for the CCJ
