I have been trying to contact them regarding a credit note refund due to my holiday being cancelled due to covid. I would like to be turned to cash as stated in the terms and conditions this was available to do as of Sept 1st. Conveniently they have disabled their phone lines and are not answering emails so I can not get my cash refund.
