Customer service team is so rude, they claim they cant do anything to help. Kept telling me i cant get a refund, even though i never asked for a refund, i asked if the airline i had to personally change my flights through had sent the email confirming my change of flights as last minute hadnt sent my new confirmation through. DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM. When things dont go perfectly they give no help and are so so rude. AVOID
