DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE - i spoke to SARAH I am appalled by the customer service lastminute apply to there paid customers - my flight was rearranged to another day so i would be losing money for one days worth of travel I called a very rude customer service agent who started the call off saying 'what' and simply 'yes id number?' i explained that i had a notification from the airline to contact last minute she was very rude and unhelpful and even insisted on us cancelling twisting my words and so on.
The most unhelpful person you could speak to - i called again to complain about the person that logged the same one woman Sarah answered again and tried to pretend it wasn't her that we spoke to the first time we caught her out because we know that last minute employee always record notes everyone time they speak to a customer we confronted her and she got defensive and unravelled it was her on the first call - if you dont like your job find something else i am customer facing and would never be that rude! It is not right
This is not the first time last minute employees will be patronising rude and disrespectful for no reason
multiple times they do not answer the phone and when they do its like speaking to robots who repeat the same thing and very unhelpful
