Great service with beautiful rooms and views. Nice bathroom/shower and very comfy bed.

The hotel is in the heart of Buckhead in walking distance to Shops at Buckhead and Lenox Square. The lobby and courtyard was very well decorated and they provided a perfect spot to enjoy cocktails from the bar.

I'll be back.

Staff were both very friendly and professional.

Nice area and location

On site restaurant was ok, lovely waiters and food was nice, but not really my style of food.

Only downside was the live music in the lobby one night was too loud if you were passing through or wanted to sit for a drink, just need to turn it down a little.

Will recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Amenities listed on their web site sometimes have a fee associated with them that you WILL NOT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL YOU ASK. Example--web site says mini-fridge is available on request. But when you request it, it costs $50. False advertising? Misleading? Horrible hotel? You decide.

Front desk kept their cool when I asked about charges associated with their other free amenities: coffee maker, telephone, lamp, in-room safe, hair dryer, etc.. So, good staff.

We had some smokers next door with some kind of wild party until 3am. that Kept us up all night. A staff member heard us talking about it in the elevator and offered up a free night "next time" down. Went down for a dinner and the free night and they didn't get us into our room until almost 6pm left us sitting around until it was ready. Missed our dinner reservations on a special occasion. Dirty floors in the room, ac was blowing warm air and people at the counters and lobby that just didn't seem to give 2 cents about service. the benefits of the ambassador club was never seen or received. Mistakes happen, but We pay for 5 star hotels and expect at least an effort from staff to make sure things go right. This place is poorly managed and we will not stay here again. The Ritz is 100 times nicer and better ran.

Everything was perfect except the last day checking out. The valet at the desk was extremely rude. The buffet was amazing and the room was great as always. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the valet. That said after almost 50 stays in this hotel I have never had a bad valet experience.

I had a conference held at the hotel and had reservations made months in advanced. Due to airlines travel with 8 hours on a plane I arrived at the Intercontinental and tried to check-in. Because of my flight I had arrived early in the morning at 7:30am and Dean at the front desk informed me that there would be an early charge of $75 if I checked in before 11am. I was ok with paying the additional charge but he said there was NO ROOMS available. I was informed to check in my luggage and wait in the lobby until 11am until a room was available and they would call me. Naturally I tried waiting patiently but after an 8 hour plus flight I began to feel sleepy sitting on the couches. By 10:30am...3 Hours later!! A security guard named Gus woke me up and said that I could not be in the lobby and sleep. I explained to him my predicament and then finally A room now "magically" became available. If it wasn't for Gus I would give the Intercontinental zero stars. 3 hours of waiting in the lobby and 30mins before 11:00am...I better not get charged $75!!

I consider this a 4-star superior hotel, not a 5-star as it is rated. The 5-star rating is granted by Forbes. They are merely a 4-diamond hotel, rated by AAA. The spa doesn't have gender separated areas. That means if you plan on relaxing before your spa appointment you'll be around screaming children. I booked my spa appointment down the road at the Waldorf Astoria, which has a spa that's separated by gender. This simply prevents children from running around while you're trying to relax before your appointment. I was here for a week. The stay was above average, but it was not flawless. I'd stay here again, but the rating is truly 4-stars, not 5. If you average out the rating systems, it's basically a 4-star superior (5-star Forbes, 4-diamond AAA).

Welcome, and service was top notch. Had minor issues with the room that we're housekeeping and maintenance related. Maintenance items were addressed quickly, but had to follow up on house keeping items multiple times. A room with two double beds, should be two queen.

Room was very clean, nice layout/space/bathroom, drapery fully darkened room, and sound proofing was good so I slept without any interruptions, which is important to me. I attended an event and the faculties were nice for that as well.

Very nice room, beautiful bathroom, good big bed, kind staff. I was there to attend a conference. Nothing bad can be said of the hotel and the location is very good in beautiful Buckhead area. Also pool area was nice and they hae a 24-hour open gym too

This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. We reserved an executive suite and our room smelled like weed. They said they would try to fix it and they never came. We had dinner at Southern Art downstairs and I ordered the 12oz filet and they gave me a 6oz steak. When I asked about it, they said they ran out...sorry. However we were still charged for the 12oz portion. The next morning we ordered room service for breakfast and our order was completely wrong. We were so hungry, we ate it anyway. For check out, we called the front desk and asked them to help us with our bags. After waiting 20 minutes, they never came and we hauled our own bags. When the valet pulled up our car, one guy helped us load our luggage and we gave him $10. The valet got upset and asked if that was for him too and we said yes, please split the tip. How unprofessional! After a $700 room charge and $200 dinner, it was a complete waste of money and we will never be back. Awful.

For the name and cost, I dealt with a series of unfortunate events. There was black mold under the toilet lip, potatoes in the peaches on my pancakes. There were no robes in the room upon arrival. It was just a disappointing stay.

Very good hotel just 5 minutes walk from the MARTA station. Also many restaurants and the Lenox Square Mall are in the immediate vicinity. Our deluxe king room was large, quiet and well maintained. Nice view, good service, nice pool. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious.
