Head office is non existing, the calls are transferred to India (not much help since employee is across the worl)
Bought flight+Hotel (this hotel is not even listed on their website without a flight)
Did not include a flight ticket, arguied that we did not choose the flight although we did.

Lost money, lost holidays.
