In the past, I have purchased cars from various car dealerships in the Jacksonville area. I was known as the "Car Dealership's Worse Nightmare". When I went to buy a car, I came prepared with all the numbers and prices. It took hours to make a deal with me. A few years ago, I saw a commercial on TV introducing Keith Pierson... I wanted to trade my car in, but did not like the service from my previous dealership, so I thought that I would try Keith Pierson. As usual, I gathered all my papers and number and went to Kieth Pierson with the expectations of a long negotiation battle. Well, there was no battle, no argument. The salesman was pleasant and understanding of my request. I did not have to use any of the papers or numbers that I had prepared. A few months ago, I purchased my 2nd car from Keith Pierson, and I will continue to buy may cars from Keith Pierson. Their service department is fantastic. I tell all my friends about Keith Pierson. I love my 2020 RAV4... Thank you Keith Pierson for providing an excellent Car Dealership.

Had an appointment for 10:30 to drop off my vehicl...

Had an appointment for 10:30 to drop off my vehicle for a recall. Upon arrival, no one was there to greet me, after wandering around for about 10 minutes, someone asked me my name and if I had an appointment. Then I was directed to a Service Advisor. At which point I was checked in. When I enquired about how long it would be, I was told, about 2 hours.
So I left, and returned at 12:30. After talking to my Service Advisor, I was informed that they had yet to start work on the vehicle, and was told that it was be another 45 minutes to an hour. So I left again.
I received a call at 1:10 telling me that the Vehicle was ready. So I made ANOTHER trip there and picked up the Vehicle.
My big problem is, Why do I make an appointment, if your still not going to start working on it for another 2+ hours, and have my make multiple trips there. I guess that I should have just sat there and waited. Perhaps it might have been gotten to earlier.
Needless to say, I was not happy with my experience!

Awesome Purchase Experience

Awesome Purchase Experience

Every aspect of the purchase of our 2014 Toyota Highlander was exceptional..... from meeting Reggie (our salesman), Anderson (a Manager), Shawn (in finance), and Chris (finance manager) to getting into our new Highlander and driving away. We arrived at the dealership about 3:30 in the afternoon.... we completed the paperwork with Chris and drove away in our new car at 10:30 p.m. -- 1 1/2 hours after the dealership closes. Chris, Reggie and security personnel were the only people left ... but we were made to feel we were the most important customers ever and that it was their pleasure to work late as long as we were pleased with our car, the purchase price, the purchase experience -- Keith Pierson Toyota as a whole. We were and are pleased and know that we have found our "go to" place for the purchase and/or service to a car from this point forward. We have seen the dealership's commercials on tv but didn't put a lot of belief in them.... they were commercials, after all. Turns out.... the commercials are SPOT ON as to how a customer is treated and the willingness of the dealership to make a deal to sell you THE car you want. WOW.... kudos to this place! And -- the comments and attitude of everyone we came into contact with speak to the kind of person Keith Pierson is and the people he employs. It was certainly the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.

This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle with them. I've gotten a Camary each time. They did everything they could. I was able to walk out with everything I wanted. Nothing more, nothing less. Granted, I was there all day. They are great. My kids and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased my first brand new car from Keith Pierson Toyota with the assistance of. Vincent Samuels. In my moments of doubt, he provided reassurance. When I was indecisive, he demonstrated patience and educated me on my options. "Sam" provided me with the most exceptional customer service I've ever experienced during and after a major purchase. Sam's genuine concern did not end with the delivery of my vehicle. I received a follow up call, a hand written thank you note, assistance with my new vehicle registration issue AND over the phone assistance during my 5K mile maintenance as I was out of town and unable to visit Keith Pierson Toyota. I truly appreciate the time he has invested in me to ensure I have the service and support I deserve.

Customer service is terrible. I called to get a price on transmission fluid and the lady just hung up on me. I called back and said i called earlier and you hung up on me and she didn't even apologize. What kind of business is this?

Arrogant and Ignorant! We were absolutley appalle...

Arrogant and Ignorant! We were absolutley appalled at how both the sales and finance managers ignored the very specific instructions we gave them. How difficult is it to understand 1) We want to be out of the door in an hour (sales mgr. said "no problem"); 2) We'll sign the lease now...right now...if it meets our financial conditions that were reasonable; and 3) do NOT waste our time with negotiations or other ploys. We've always been clear and up front with Cadillac, Toyota, Lexus and even Ford dealerships and purchased or leased vehicles this way. We will NOT waste time negotiating. Give us the BEST price and we'll not waste your time.

So what do they do? They come out with a monthly lease price on a new Camry XLE Hybrid of over $700/month! We were appalled, shocked and simply got up to leave. Other dealers for the same vehicle were ALL under $400/mo. Of course, as we were up and walking out they fell over themselves with statements and questions about how they could make the sale and we told them NO! If you can't follow simple instructions given by customers at the outset, they will go elsewhere. Within minutes they were talking about making the monthly price drop by nearly HALF!

What slimy sales managers are they to ignore our instructions and try to jack us around. If you value your potential customers time so little, they will value you even less and leave very negative feedback online. We will NEVER recommend or use this dealership. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

We keep getting the best of service. not just before we buy but long after. The sales
people are very well trained as well as people friendly. The lifetime warranty and care
package give great peace of mind. I love my Rav 4!

Great experience! I made an appointment on a Saturday, purchasing a tire. I was shocked that when I got there it all worked out. I really figured that the tire wouldn't be there, but it was! And they also completed the scheduled maintenance. They clearly have their service department together.

made an appointment and I wasnt in the system. had a 2 year maintenance plan that has to be done on a time frame but my truck is low mileage and should be honored according to the vechile without time constraints. then they lost my key for 20 minutes and the computer system wouldn't work so something that should have taken 5 min took 45 min just to end up leaving with nothing done.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to deal with Keith Pierson Toyota. I brought my first Rav4 in 2015 everyone was very helpful and made the sale smooth as possible for me. I enjoyed my Rav4 so much I now have a 2017. Service department is the best, buy your next car from Keith Pierson Toyota used or new. I promise you want be sorry.

If you have never experienced keith Pierson Toyota you have no idea how awesome everyone is! From the janitorial staff all the way up was amazingly pleasant! Recommendation abound from us. An aweful experience at this dealership. Went to look at some used cars. Got greeted by a friendly sales representative who showed us some of the cars. When asked about price, the rep said that we would need to input some customer information and then if we are serious, would tell us the numbers. Who in the right mind would go to a dealership to look at the cars just for fun? When I told the salesman my budget, he showed us a banged up Kia saying that this would even save some money. Rude and Offending sales policy.

Would never ever do the business nor ever refer anyone to this dealership who dont value the customers

I bought my first car from Keith Pierson Toyota and it was a great first experience. Andrew was very helpful and is definitely the reason why I'll be coming back when it's time for another car. I came in with no money for a down payment and a very old car for a trade in but Andrew was still willing to work with me. The service there surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend visiting if you're interested in buying a car!

My husband and I are very grateful, this is our third round at Keith Pierson and every time has been a great experience but this time Stacey (wish we had her before)and Bruce went beyond the best customer service. It didn't felt like another transaction they just made us feel like family. We went to upgrade my husband car for a pick up truck and we didn't had plans to upgrade my car but we ended up with 2 brand new cars with all the extras with just a very small difference on the payments. Charles Thorton greeted me and I explained to him my situation along with my needs for a new truck. He was prompt, detailed, and straight forward with me with everything. I appreciate that. Very quickly I was driving off the lot in my long awaited for 2019 Tacoma. Couldn't ask for better service and professionalism.

When it comes to service(and this is coming from a hard skeptic ), this place is hands down #1 in Jax. I was going to Earnie Palmer, even purchased there. Always felt Pierson was too clichy, with the twins and the commercials. Well one day I direrly needed a service, and Earnie P was closed, it was a sunday. I ended up going to the only Toyota dealership that was open, Keith Pierson. And sure enough, they completely changed my mind about their establishment, I had a wonderful experience. Those old black ladies ranting Nd raving bout' KeithP on the commercials, ain't Lying!!! and now I go there for all my servicing. Tom Yonkers hooked me up with a free car wash even. So all in all A+ , great dealership, keep it up. -Derek Clark

I do not enjoy buying cars. I always find the experiences to be very challenging and painful. That said I have always purchased Toyota vehicles because of the expert staff and the quality of their vehicles (previously purchased a 4Runner and then a Land Cruiser). I can tell you that the sales staff particularly Paul and Austin were outstanding and never gave up on proving me the best service and closing a deal that we were all happy with. The follow-up by management on my satisfaction (especially MiMi) was outstanding. I will recommend others to Paul and Austin and this dealership and intend to use them as my service provider into the foreseeable future. I think that the Keith Pierson Toyota dealership is a great organization that is customer oriented and fully supports its motto of "Under promise and Over deliver." I give them my highest marks!

I contacted Kieth Pierson Toyota last July in refe...

I contacted Kieth Pierson Toyota last July in reference to a warranty notice I received for my vehicle. The person with whom I spoke in the service department told me that the part would be ordered and it could take up to a year to receive. When I contacted the dealer recently to check on the status of my warranty part, I was told that the part was never ordered and that I should have been told to bring in my vehicle for an inspection before the part could be ordered. To add insult to injury, the warranty program has now ended, and I can no longer have my vehicle repaired under the warranty. Despite the fact that there was an error on their end that has made it impossible for me to participate in the warranty repair program, no one at Kieth Pierson accepted responsibility for their error and I was told there was nothing that could be done and to contact Toyota corporate office. The very least they could have done was to apologize for their error, instead of presenting the issue as a "misunderstanding" on my end. Now I am stuck with am ugly, cracked, sticky dash that will affect the resale value of my vehicle.

Edited to add: To be clear, I don't hold KP responsible for the state of my dash. My review is only of the negative experience I had with the misinformation from the service department and their inability to take responsibility for their mistake.

Buying a vehicle is kinda tough, but having a sales representative like Julian makes it easy and less burden. He is a smart and gentleman, upon approaching the door he opened it with a warm welcome and guided me all through the search of the vehicle that me and my husband wants. He showed me several kinds if vehicle despite of the strong winds and heavy rain, took me to my car with that big . I would vouch him for his excellent service, he will take care of you before and after your visit. Finally, we bought the 2015 toyota truck tundra crewmax we are looking with his help. Thank you Julian, we love the truck.

The service department we've had a little bit of a bad experience. They fixed that quick though.

Love their Toyota exchange program!!! I was very skeptic at first but it is true!!! I went to Keith Pierson Toyota for service of my 2013 Camry with 80k mi. Drove from Jacksonville, FL to Dallas, Tx to Houston, Tx and back to Jacksonville, FL and came out of the dealership driving a brand new car with the same monthly payment!!! Brand new car with warranty and with 0 miles fresh from the delivery semi truck.

LaCoya is the best salesman ever. He knows the RAV4 from the hood to the very back of the vehicle and explains everything. He is loyal and honest and goes the extra mile to find the vehicle of your choice. Honestly we were just about to buy at Arlington and within an hour and because of LaCoya s excellent effort we came back to see what he found for us and it was perfect. Sigh...Relief.

Eddy the Finance Manager is the most intelligent person I have met in awhile. His finance knowledge and his helpfulness is,, well I can say is he is amazing. He has made us a better guest!!

Dillon wow so helpful and such a good job putting the window tint on and install the rubber mats. It was so nice to have someone take me home and pick me back up to get my vehicle. Thank you Jerry.

We called to make an appointment last week & we were told there were only a few available in afternoons. Keyon, asst. service manager was Awesome! He told her how long it would be & everything was Spot on. She texted us to tell us she did it on her own, which is Comforting for a mom. I brought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in recently to be inspected for a squeaking noise coming from the rear. My Tacoma has only 35,000 miles on it and I was surprised to have this issue. The mechanics unfortunately did not properly identify where the squeaking noise was coming from. They misdiagnosed it as the silencer pads between the leaf springs needing to be replaced, which would have cost me $300.00 in parts and labor. Fortunately I replaced them myself saving over $240.00, yet still had squeaking noise once replaced properly. I again took it back to Toyota at Keith Pearson the following week, and was told I needed to clean between the leaf springs. I spent 2 hours cleaning them thoroughly, still squeaked. Finally realized that the mechanics did not do a thorough inspection both times I brought it in to be checked. The noise was coming from my spare tire being slightly loose, easily identified by jumping on the tailgate and having someone listen underneath the Tacoma. I hope you guys take better care instead of charging the customer for something that is not the problem. This is disappointing and I will not be taking my Tacoma here for any further service, except for safety recalls.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! I came one Saturday morning, after getting declined four different times that same week! They took what I had and accepted it, giving me the opportunity to get a brand new car! They re hospitality was exceptional; we had everything we needed and more! Before tow days ago i bought toyota highlander hybrid XLE 2020 from them and they gave me a good price to the new car and a good price for the old one because I made trad in .
I recommend this dealer to everyone who looking for buy or sell or trade in.

We bought my Corolla here two years ago, so we made this our first stop when looking for a pre-owned car for my daughter. We were here three hours and left with nothing. We were insulted as the first car they tried to sell us did not fit our criteria PLUS it hadn't even been cleaned yet! The car was gross inside- back seat completely covered in crumbs, so we couldn't even ride with our daughter while she took it for a test drive. Then they wanted to sell us a new car - no. Then they went to get another car to show us saying this one is in the low teens (price point). It was great! Clean and only had 6,000 miles! When my wife sat down to talk pricing, they came back and said they didn't know it only had 6,000 miles, so the price was just under $20,000. Liars! Cars are their business. They knew. Even after all that we have them another chance where we were carted over to the used lot on Collins and then couldn't find the car they wanted to show us! This process of getting all your info first and then deciding which cars they want you to see is terrible and a waste of time! What happened to looking at the cars on the lot and choosing which one(s) you're interested in and going from there? My suggestion is to skip the big hype and go somewhere else.

My sales women was very knowledge about the automobile that we purchase although the SUV was an made by a Infinti she was very helpful familiarizing us with all the bells and whistles in the SUV. The automobile had some defects in the paint they schedule an appointment to have the areas painted with in two days after purchase of the vehicle. Miss Brown was a AWESOME sale women she really worked hard to sell the vehicle and was very professional. The service department is very efficient however I was not please with the manner in which my issue was addressed. The car tires makes a rowing noise and the service manager said that its normal ware on the tire. The brakes make a noise when stopping he also said that was normal. As a customer I am not pleased with the answers therefore I will take the SUV the manufacture dealer to get a second opinion because a high end vehicle Infiniti should not be making noise. If the service manager or technician would have driven our automobile the would have understood our concerns. If these issues gets resolved all three categories would be excellent.

I had some bad experiences with TWS, the gap insurance provider they work with. If you can use an external gap insurance provider, I d recommend it.

Everyone at Keith Pierson is super friendly and nice to work with. I had some problems with both of my last two vehicle purchases here and with the most recent one I m still not completely happy with but overall I blame myself for not knowing more about the vehicle I was getting into and it s limitations. Keith Pierson Toyota s staff did try very hard to make things right for me and worked hard to make sure the insurance company got their numbers right after trying to deny us coverage.

I appreciate all they did after the fact and it really did change my negative experience into a more positive one. I want to say thanks to everyone who took the time to talk to my dad and I.

Disappointed today. Took vehicle in for service on tire not holding air. Bought tires from KP Toyota just a few months ago. They had vehicle for 3 hrs and give me call stating tire had nail in tire walk unrepairable. That I can't blame on KP but not having tire in stock and needing to keep vehicle till next day is not good service. Go get the tire from another dealer ship do something. Instead I came and got carcand drove to big chief for replacement TODAY.
