Worst customer service...as we walked in we were taken to a desk where the sales person shows us cars on their website. Well, I could do that from home, I don't have to go to the dealership. I asked him to show me the cars and he said they are parked outside; see them myself. I went out but every car was locked. I see Toyota cars driving around on the street, I don't need to see them parked and locked.
I am not going to buy anything from this dealership...

This was our first time at this dealership, we usually go to a Ford dealer to buy our new cars, but decided to try this one out. When my wife and I went in we were greeted within 20 seconds by a sales person. We did a test drive, everyone was very friendly, but we wanted to check out other dealers before we committed.

We went to 2 Ford dealers and 1 Toyota. The experiences at these places were so bad. It was like night and day when compared to Keith Pierson Toyota.

We went back to Keith Pierson Toyota, met with the same sales person, this was his first sale, but he answered every question we had, did not pressure us in any way. Even though this was his first sale, I and my wife feel that he did an excellent job. He had some help on some items, but the other sales person (can't remember his name) was also very helpful.

We got the payments to where we wanted them for the car, I would not budge, they kept working things out until it was at the price we could afford.

Buying a car takes 2-3 hours, and one of the things that really impressed us was that they actually had a small place where someone could buy food. That was a first for my wife and myself. Since we went before dinner and left way after, if we had waited to eat, it would have not been pleasurable.

Not satisfied at all with my service today came in like I always do for my oil change service manager told me his suggestions on what I need fixed which I already know I told him I have appts already set in place he caught a lil snotty attitude and bevy thing I know my car was ready no wash and vacuum like I always get no nothing I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE EVER !!!!!

1. Car on website sold.
2. New sales rep from WV super nice but reliant upon manager to help. No problem there as everyone has to learn the ropes of a new job.
3. Sales manager type butts in to offer a possible alternative car to look at but after 20+ minutes of waiting no car.
4. During this wait I felt like I was in a zoo. On 2 occasions a sale was closed and we had to endure a blaring announcement over the P.A. system and the collective sales staff distracted for a great big group hug of sorts. Strangest darn thing I have ever experienced in 25-30 vehicles purchased in my 42 years of purchasing automobiles and trucks. Left the dealership and bought elsewhere because 20 minutes of sitting and waiting is simply not reasonable.

I went just to see what they had on the lot, ended up trading in my Jeep for a Dodge Dart with half the miles and a lower payment. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable, I told him what I was looking for, and in a couple hours I was ready to go with my new purchase. I couldn't be happier with the great price and service we received.

We get our maintenance here. They are usually pretty good, but we have had a few things happen there were unexceptionable. We ask for a ride to a local restaurant and the car was finished before they got around giving us a ride. They keep saying we need new wiper blades and at the time they were only 2 weeks old. Got home one time and they forgot to put the tire valve caps back on. They ended up mailing them to us. Some days are good and someday are not. 50/50.

Went there just for pricing. I didn't have my hopes way high for getting a new vehicle. I was upside down in my current car with okayish credit. Sam was our dealer, between him and austin, they worked their butts off and got me in a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I deff recommend this location and ask for sam!

I went in for an oil change and a noise coming fro...

I went in for an oil change and a noise coming from the front left side of vehicle and ended up spending $800 on new brakes and other things they thought I needed. The noise issue was covered under warranty though. I got there at 7:30 in the morning and my vehicle wasn t finished until around 5pm. I m glad I got everything done, but couldn t get anything done on my day off!

So, all that work was completed, but not the oil change. I couldn t wait for it any longer, so my service advisor asked me to come back the next day. I called after work and he said it was a bad day and I couldn t bring it in. I took it upon myself to make an appointment for Wednesday (which should have been suggested to me on Monday). I got there at 3:30pm and left about 5:20. Almost 2 hours for an oil change!

My service advisor did give me information on a rebate for the brakes, which should have been given to me on Monday. I also got a free detail and the oil change was complimentary. I appreciate all that, but doesn t excuse the frustration and time wasted.

To top it off my remote starter won t work. Not sure what they did to make that stop working. Maybe they disconnected the battery? I had to set the clock.

I m not sure I ll be back to Keith Pierson for service or to purchase my new vehicle.

Rome Joseph was my service advisor. My appt started on time and he got me in and out quickly. He explained the services rendered and recommended bringing my vehicle back in for services. Office and waiting area was clean. I was impressed at how the waiting area was designed for social distancing. I felt safe and that means a lot.

Very disappointed, first of all my daughter and her boyfriend went to purchase a new car on Oct 2nd they took her trade in and was supposed to be paid off. Got a phone called on Nov 10th from Regions bank telling me that I was late on my payment and needed to make a payment. Called Keith Pierson Toyota the same day and asked how come they haven't paid the car off. Was promised they would take care off it and was going to send an over night check to take care of the situation, I believed them. On Nov 28th I get a called from Regions telling me that I'm over 30 days late on my account and need to make a payment. Called keith Pierson the same day tell me the same story that they will take care of it, so finally they over night a check to Regions, but Regions take 10 to 14 days to process checks. So now I might end up with bad credit. THANKS ALOT KEITH PIERSON.

Very happy with Keith Pierson Toyota! Their customer service is outstanding. I purchased my Toyota from them in 2013, so I have been dealing with them on servicing my vehicle for 6 years and I would highly recommend this dealership. All of the commercials on television are accurate with my experience as well. Although very busy, all of the employees seem very happy to work here and are very attentive to making sure you are being taken care of. Every service advisor that I have had over the years has been very helpful. Yesterday a young man Matthew Key was my advisor and was very hands on in getting my service taken care of. Thanks Matt and Thanks K P Toyota!! Keep up the GREAT work!

My buying experience was excellent. Talk about sharing a sale. I was never pressured. Stacey my first agent took excellent care of me and understood what I was looking for. She gave great advice and recommendations for my wife ( who wasn t present) on what she may like. I told her I needed a week for my wife to return and she welcomed that. One week later I returned and she was busy with another customer ( sorry but I have a crazy schedule). She welcomed my wife and two children. She then introduced me to a co-worker she entrusted. Victor was excellent. He was compassionate and understanding. Knowledge was excellent and demonstrated the same care as Stacey. Wow! What a great team. They then did not pressure us and we returned in 24 hours and purchased a Tundra. ( debating between Tundra and 4 Runner). My wife hates car dealing, we will return to Keith Pierson Toyota in 1 year to purchase are next car. I highly recommend them to anyone. If I have to take my car in for service this is the place. The service agents have been honest each time and the waiting room is clean. The complimentary coffee is a big win. I was extremely disappointed in my service visit on August 25,2020.
I was advised that I needed to replace my entire radiator assembly ,costing $886.00,because of a leak on the top of my radiator. There was no evidence of a leak. Also, my tires were over inflated & have lost 6 pounds of air since the 25th. Two "needed attention" items on the service inspection list were never discussed with me by the service advisor.

Didn t have the scheduled advisor which is fine however the guy that did my consult wasn t tracking me coming in and did not listen to my concerns about my vehicle. Felt like I was just in his way like he just had to deal with me and that feeling was validated when I told him what parts I wanted and he brought out the wrong parts. I also think their prices are outrageous, keyless entry fob (not an integrated key, those need programming) but just the fob want 200 bucks for it. Needless to say I found what I needed elsewhere.

First time car buyer & i would say Keith Pierson made it hard, & stressful. There was a nice staff but once i finally found a car .. signed all the papers, traded in my Volkswagen, put money down & left with the keys i was very happy . Not even a week later i get a call to come in and sign some more papers. Okay np. I go back , they tried raising my payment $80 also found out that the week i had my new car they never switched over my insurance or even put an offer in to any bank. Do not recommend Keith Pierson

YOU DON'T NEED ANY OF THEIR 'ADD-ONS'.
Watch out for their finance managers. They jack up your payments by as much as they can. Awful place, don't walk away, RUN TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP!!
I have leased 7 Toyota's in 11 years, never thought I'd run into such a bunch of thieves like they have here.

They wasted an hour and fifteen minutes of my life. All I wanted was the pricing for a Tacoma. Sales rep talked and talked about what I could get but never gave the pricing. When I finally got him to get up and go get me pricing he comes back 30 minutes later to tell me the system is down it ll be emailed to me 30 minutes later. Here I am, two days later, still no pricing. Must not wanna sale vehicles too bad as I already had the loan from my bank. Just wanted to compare from other dealerships.

The absolute WORST service department EVER! I have only gone there for simple things- the 2 years of free oil changes and to get recalls fixed after purchase and every single time there is an issue- including THEM breaking things and being unable to figure out how to fix them. Their "service managers" are condescending and uninformed. Their service department and parts department do not communicate. I would buy another Toyota but never ever from Keith Pierson. On top of their crappy service department, if you buy from them, they sell your contact information and you will be inundated with junk mail, phone calls, and emails.

Typical money hungry savages. Shower you with kindess making you think you get a deal. Throwing this lifetime warranty in your face?! Read the fine print! What is actually covered? They will sell you a dream...squeeze every dime they can off you...and then some...defly walk away if they dont give you your deal...theyy will call back...big waste of 5 hours of my time...when they let me have the car for the weekend and said we need to go over your finance options on monday in person to tell me they need $2000 down..knowing this already they still put me in the car for the weekend...and couldn't work with me....reversed my whole process..physically and emotionally draining....ran my credit numerous times...knowing what they were doing ...just sharing my experience...good luck

I wasn't looking for a new car, but my wife received a pre-approved letter so we went to look. Lionel was most helpful in showing us several models. Karen (introduced as his manager) on the other hand was condescending and demeaning in her approach to customers. Almost left with no deal because of her attitude. Maybe she got up on the wrong side of the bed, maybe that is her attitude to every one, but she was the only negative in our visit. A very strong negative. Mike in finance was super. We had a deal and he searched for even better financing. He and Lionel make your advertisement believable.....definitely NOT Karen. would have also liked more choices in color but that not dealers fault
