Awesome Purchase Experience

Every aspect of the purchase of our 2014 Toyota Highlander was exceptional..... from meeting Reggie (our salesman), Anderson (a Manager), Shawn (in finance), and Chris (finance manager) to getting into our new Highlander and driving away. We arrived at the dealership about 3:30 in the afternoon.... we completed the paperwork with Chris and drove away in our new car at 10:30 p.m. -- 1 1/2 hours after the dealership closes. Chris, Reggie and security personnel were the only people left ... but we were made to feel we were the most important customers ever and that it was their pleasure to work late as long as we were pleased with our car, the purchase price, the purchase experience -- Keith Pierson Toyota as a whole. We were and are pleased and know that we have found our "go to" place for the purchase and/or service to a car from this point forward. We have seen the dealership's commercials on tv but didn't put a lot of belief in them.... they were commercials, after all. Turns out.... the commercials are SPOT ON as to how a customer is treated and the willingness of the dealership to make a deal to sell you THE car you want. WOW.... kudos to this place! And -- the comments and attitude of everyone we came into contact with speak to the kind of person Keith Pierson is and the people he employs. It was certainly the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.
