I came here expecting to get a cheap car that would only last me a few years and my salesman, Eddy, completely went the extra mile for me. I walked in with, what to me seemed like, a low budget but I walked out with a 2015 Toyota corrolla with only 20,000 on it. Completely in love with it and I'm so grateful to Eddy for getting me such a good deal! I recommend for anyone looking for a great car and amazing salesman Plus he was pretty cute too

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from Keith Pearson Toyota. I was told During the transaction that it was certified Toyota. After the deal was complete and I was taken delivery of the car I was presented with one set of keys when I ask about a second key they tell me the car only came with 1 key. When I question the salesperson he said that the car was certified and should have 2 keys when I questioned the manager, the manager said no it was only Keith Pearson certified and not Toyota certified. There were several other things that was handled incorrectly from the dealership. Things that were in the car when I test drove it were gone when I took delivery. And when asked about the things that were missing I was told that I should have asked about that upon receipt of the car. When I explain to him that it was 8 o'clock at night on a Sunday night and everyone was gone and trying to rush me out that was beside the point.

I will never step foot into this dealership again, the assigned representative in the service dept. that I see for car maintenance has been dishonest in that what he says and what is actually done re: servicing are not the same. I went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago for the main intention that my REAR passenger hub cap was coming off and there was a metal piece preventing it from lying flat back on. The service rep stated upon my arrival that they would look at it when they rotated the tires, as I made sure to ask and confirm this would be checked during the oil change/tire rotation. Before taking my car back, I declined 30,000 mi. ADDITIONAL "recommended services" such as a $79.95 fuel induction and $23.40 new engine air filter, as all I had intended to come in for was my hub cap to be fixed during tire rotation and oil changed. The rep even wrote down on my copy of the service receipt what services I declined, only fixed, I inquired if it was looked at and the rep replied that it had been fixed, no problem, they just took care of it when rotating tires. Today, 2 weeks later, I noticed that my FRONT passenger hubcap was missing completely! I immediately called to bring my car in thinking they dept. may have put on a different wheel completely. Upon arrival, my usual rep met me outside to say that it was not a different wheel, but that they hubcap itself was just missing, BUT that it was not due to Keith Person Toyota's servicing, as he claimed they did not touch the tires during my oil change 2 weeks prior. He stated that tire rotations are not included with oil changes, they are $15 extra and that I had declined services during my oil change visit. This is incorrect, as 1.) the services I declined are hand written by the rep on my copy of the service slip and tire rotation was NOT listed, and 2.) I was specifically told during my initial visit that the tires would be rotated, this was the other main reason for me to bring my car in. I informed him that it may be true they did not rotate my tires previously, but that was not what he told me during my initial visit, as I specifically came into the service dept. for that reason in addition to oil change. He eventually found a replacement hub cap for my missing one and did not charge me. However, I am sure a charge would have been implemented had I not been insistent in knowing that what I was told 2 weeks ago and what he claims was done were two different outcomes. I will most certainly take my vehicle elsewhere for servicing from now on and never step foot into Keith Person Toyota again. (I also purchased my current Toyota in Lake City for a few THOUSAND dollars less than what Keith Person stated they could give me, as they said if I could get my car (for the price that I DID), then I better go to whomever was offering this deal and do it immediately; so I did. They would not budge on final cost, and I am glad to have done business elsewhere anyways.)

I would have to say that this was the most pleasant negotiation experience I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. Bridget was professional, pleasant and she bent over backwards to ensure the payment was in line with my requirement.

Bill & Jeana are truly exceptional individuals and sales people. From the moment we showed up at Keith Pierson Toyota, the customer service was beyond exceptional. The door was always opened for us, everyone was truly helpful and ready to serve. There was no competition amongst the employees. It was all about teamwork. Any questions or concerns we had were answered courteously and timely. There is no other dealership I would recommend better than Keith Pierson Toyota with these two employees.

Based on the service received by the team, and by Jeana & Bill, I absolutely LOVE Keith Pierson Toyota, and would go there 24-7 for anything auto-related before considering anyplace else.

First thing I would like to say is turn that obnoxious sign on I295 off or the brightness down its blinding and I've thought the cops were behind me more than once because of it's flashing red and blue screens. It's very aggravating and doesn't make anyone want to go to your dealership. You bump that down I'll give you 6 stars.
I Went once a couple years ago and it's a nice facility but the sales person was overly aggressive for my taste and kept calling for weeks after I was there trying to talk me into coming back. Prices were pretty standard for a Toyota dealership as well as choices. I would probably go again and just be a more vocal about not aggravating me after I have left the lot.(It may have just been the saleswoman I dealt with I'm not sure)

My husband and I really enjoyed the hospitality of Keith Pierson Toyota. We were greeted with a smile and that smile continued until we left the building. Each sales person that talked to us was very informative, patient and friendly. Our time there was not an all day of waiting for someone to help us and that is a plus in our book. Bottom line is that Keith Pierson Toyota treated us like family and they continue to treat us as one even when we are not there. Keep the smiles going. :)

From the time you walk in everyone is friendly and helpful. You are put with a salesmen who will sit you down and offer you something to drink. You will have a nice relaxed conversation on the type of vehicle you want and then once that is determined, the details of what you would like it have. The salesperson will then look at their large inventory and pick one he or she thinks you may like. While you are waiting the vehicle is brought up to the covered drive though area of the dealership. The salesperson will then go over all the major features and functions and offer a test drive. After the drive you will sit down with the salesperson and talk about how you liked it. When you settle on what you want the buying process is very easy and relaxed. From the beginning to driving out with the new vehicle, you can see everywhere this is a dealership you will like doing business with.

It was a great experience, one that I will never forget. I was looking for my first car & I had a draft from vystar for 10,000 limit under 125,000 miles and it had to be 2008 or newer. We pulled in, parked our car & went over to the used cars to browse around. We were greeted by Eddie who was our salesman for the day and he took care of us. Basically we told him everything about the loan and where we needed to be. He went into the system and did his search and couldn't find much. He helped us understand that it'll be impossible to find the car that I wanted because I was young and although I had good credit, there is no car that I could really get into for that price range. So my dad and I did some talking and wanted to see what were our options are if we were able to cosign. So we looked at a 2013 toyota corolla and turns out that's what would I be leaving it. We got a great price and I was able to drive away with my first car. On the way out the door, he turned to my dad and asked him if he ever thought about getting a new car. Of course, my dad who was shocked when he was asked didn't know what to say. He was driving a 2012 ford fusion and was in love therefore he had no reason to look for another car. Eddie gave him the deal of a lifetime and Eddie gave him an offer that he can't refuse. Needless to say, my dad was in disbelief that he was leaving with a brand new car off the showroom floor with only 13 miles on it when we were only there for my benefit. Keith Pierson Toyota took great care of us, made us feel like family. At the end of the day, if any of my friends or family ever talk about getting a used or brand new car, I'm gonna without hesitation recommend them to Keith Pierson Toyota cause they take care of you and do their absolute best that they could do to get you the car that you want. Thank You Eddie for the experience and thank you Keith Pierson Toyota for your great customer service!!

Victor is a one of a kind salesman. He is very polite, friendly and he keeps in contact with his customers. He never gives up and goes out of his way to do the very best for his customers. I am very pleased. And I consider him a friend now. When I had given up, he was behind the scenes working for me. I never knew what he was doing until he called. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was pouring down rain the day I visited the dealership and there were no trucks in the showroom, (I was originally looking for a truck), Donald took me around the lot in a new truck and showed me all the new models, and even the used section as I had mentioned that I might be willing to purchase a used one. He seemed very knowledgeable of all the models and their price ranges. Once back inside the showroom, I looked over a 2012 Camry and had a change of heart, I really was impressed with the styling and considering my wife's car, our trip car, is getting older every year, I decided to pursue purchasing a Camry. Donald did not bat an eye, he did not seem bothered at all that I had taken a totally different interest, I actually felt bad that I had wasted his time looking at the trucks; he did not seem to share this feeling. The professionalism and courtesy did not start nor end with Donald, but was evidenced by everyone associated with the dealership. I'm not an expert nor even an experienced buyer, (as I keep my vehicles until the wheels fall off), but this experience was exactly what I would have expected, had I been shopping for a Rolls-Royce. Keep up the great work, you won me over, I'll be back.

Typical car dealership. Sleazy salesmen and even more so once you go to the financing department. Obstructed and confused for 2 months while my financed loan conveniently accrued interest. Bank approved the loan on 12AUG but somehow I just now today (22OCT) got the paperwork to pay it off. Fradulant place of business that will be investigated by my attorney.

First of all, I would like to give kudos to our sales rep, Steven. He was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. We entered Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a used minivan. We were very clear on what our maximum budget was, to the point we wrote it down three times and kept repeating it. We made it clear that if they didnt have anything in that price point, just let us know and we wouldnt waste anyone's time. As none of the used vehicles are clearly priced and the sales reps are not aware of their pricing, we had to wait for "finance" to let us know which vans were in our price point. After filling out a form which clearly stated our budget, the sales rep took it to finance and finance recommended a van. This process took about 45 minutes. The sales rep pulled the van up, we test drove it and everything was falling into place. When we returned to sit and discuss numbers, we had to sign a consent form to allow the rep to negotiate for us, again we mentioned our budget. When the rep returned from finance, he informed us that the van was $10k over what we said was our maximum price point. Needless to say we were annoyed to have wasted an one hour 45 minutes to be shown a car we couldn't afford. We got up to leave, and we were stopped by the rep who said finance had come back with a car that was in our budget. Probably should have kept walking but since we had already wasted so much time there, we decided to hear them out. We looked at the other van, it was fine and we were ready to purchase. The sales rep left to confirm pricing with finance and again comes back with a number 4k over our max budget. By now I'm furious. We have been sitting for
2 1/2 hours and have nothing to show for it. We walked out. We were treated like our time was of no concern and I wonder if they ever even looked or cared what our budget was. I would have been much happier if they would've been honest and transparent, as we were, from the moment we walked in and told us that they didn't have anything in our budget.

Absolutely awful customer service, combative finance department. JAMES BOYD pulled my credit after i told him i was already preapproved. Had not even looked/touched a vehicle. In trying to reach the sales person to figure out why he would of ran my credit after asking him NOT too. Finance swears up and down there is no hard inquiry on my credit. He chased me down AT THE BATHROOM to sign a form to "look" at the first vehicle.... shame on me. This practice of dishonesty is disgusting. I WILL be contacting better business bureau. If only i could give ZERO stars. To your finance manager Chris who doesn't believe their is a hard inquiry on my credit.... Here`s your proof.

-Also i asked to speak with keith pierson and of course that didn't happen, my number was not even taken down. I would never refer this place.

Keith Pierson Toyota is the worst experience when it comes to customer service. I brought my truck in to have a tire rotation and oil change done. come to find out when they did my tire rotation they didn't reprogram my sensors so my air sensors on my tires or reporting wrong. I schedule an appointment to get the tire rotation and my sensors fixed and I call ahead to see how busy they are because even if you have an appointment you may not be seen at your appointment time. I called five times with no answer and when I finally got a call back the customer service girl told me that they're booked a month out to get work done and she said I should get a rental car and drop off my car. Even if you have an appointment I'm told to get a rental car in order to have my car worked on for basic maintenance. This isn't the first time I've had this level service at Keith Pierson from now on I will just take it to a different Toyota dealer

Will NOT be purchasing a car from here. I walked in with a check in my hand practically ready to give them my money. I knew exactly what I wanted and they literally ignored what I specifically said I was interested in then tried to convince me to get a car I don t even want with a higher monthly car payment than I wanted to spend. They kept trying to convince me they re doing me a favor for options I have no interest in. I felt rushed to make an on spot decision and recommend NO ONE go here. Especially military. Stay away. There are cheaper more affordable deals out there! Go somewhere else! Buying a car is exciting but you don t want to be stuck owing thousands on something you don t even want!

I purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Keith Pierson in 2002, and was so pleased with the service, that I continued to have all major and scheduled service provided at his dealership for the entire time that I owned the vehicle (almost 16 years). That is the reason that I came back to the dealership when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Matt Riesmeyer, my salesman, took the time to answer all of my questions, and did an exceptional job with the purchase of a new Tundra. Rick Campbell also did an exceptional job, providing me with the best deal available for my purchase. Chris Jordan clearly explained all of the options for financing the vehicle. The entire experience was done in a very friendly manner. I commend these individuals for a very positive experience, and highly recommend Keith Pierson Toyota as the dealership to visit first when purchasing a new vehicle, as well as for exceptional service after making the purchase.

Sleazy salesman named Kennedy tricked my wife into filling out a credit report when she was just looking at what her car was worth for trade in. He lied and said he had to have her SSN, income, etc. To even talk to her. Even lowballed the trade value and tried to pressure her into getting something right then. Buyer beware, if they'll do this before you've even bought anything imagine what they'll do later.

I am giving KP Toyota 1 star for several reasons. Do understand I have given this company ample amount of time to respond, to no avail. On November 19, 2018, I took my car here for an oil change and advised them that I would possibly need tires. I was given the price and I gave them to go ahead. They called and said you need back brakes, I gave them the green light to do the work with hesitation, spending $927. My advisor was John. I called on Wednesday, November 21 and was told that John was not there, the young lady took my name and number and said she would have him give me a call. No call. I called again on Sunday, November 25, and again, my name and # was taken again to give to my advisor. This happened again on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I have not rec'd a call to this date, November 30. After spending $927 dollars, you would think someone would try to call and answer the questions I have about my car. I will travel to Arlington Toyota next time to spend my money. Williams-King

Had a deal all wrapped up and all they had to do was get me the vehicle. They decided they were going to try to get me a vehicle from SC that already had miles on it for no extra money off. The dealer was then getting nasty with me b/c she insisted that she explained that they were going to drive it in from somewhere which all she said was they would get it. I will never deal with this company again.

They ran my credit even though permission was not granted on my end. I had the money for the vehicle I wanted to purchase the day I went in. There was no need for them to look at my credit. For some reason they ran my credit report anyway. No one answers the phone now. Dont real with these people.
