This place has very poor follow up skills, and processes. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid on Sunday 6/24/19 from Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest. I traded in a car that had a balance. I wrote the dealership a check to pay off the balance owed for the car that was traded in. To this day, the dealership has not paid off my existing loan, but cashed my check on 6/26/19, two days after I completed the deal. Right now, I am getting calls from the finance institution for the car that I traded in. I reached out to the finance department at Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest yesterday and left a few voicemails, with no calls back. I finally reach a live body yesterday afternoon in finance and was told that someone named Mr. Smith would call me in 30 minutes. This person never called me, and I left this person a voicemail as well. I spoke with a manager today regarding the status of paying off the existing loan, and he really tried to justify the current state, which is still unacceptable. It should not take in upwards of 30 days to pay off an existing loan, especially when my check was cashed, by the dealership almost a month ago. Regarding the aforementioned processes, if you don t have any expectations, then you won t be disappointed at Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest.

On 11/30/16 I arrived at 8:00 am at door opening time and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase. I already had financing in place pre-approved. So please tell me why I ended up waiting what seemed like all day. from 8- 12 noon. I returned at 7:00 pm to sign final documents and leave supposed to be only a few minutes as I was told. We waited an additional 2 and 1 half hours from 7:00 pm before we even met with the Finance manager to sign documents OMG!!! No communication, long waiting and bad experience for a simple purchase. I wouldn't' recommend this dealer ship to my family and friends nor would I return for future purchases. in addition the vehicle purchased stalled out on the way home several times. Long story short ended up having to take vehicle to a dodge dealer to replace a hose Toyota techs left unattached SERIOUSLY!!! Just a bad way doing business in my opinion. Customer service is the first priority or should be without the customer there is no service.

I had been looking for a used truck with specific equipment and was offered a good deal on a new vehicle for only a few thousand more. The deal was great, I love the truck, the salesman was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager, who I've never met, was serious about selling a truck and cut the new vehicle cost down to within my range. I highly recommend Nalley Toyota of Stonecrest and my salesman, Justin Peacock.

I am IMPRESSED with Nalley toyota Stonecrest's service department. My experience was first class. My service adviser, Myles Hill, was exceptional. I thought I had a problem with one issue, but they assured me there was NO problem there. They helped identify some lesser expensive issues I needed repaired. Work was done quickly, too. I WILL return to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest for future service for all my Toyotas.

I frequent Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest. My service is usually good, but when I have Abraham Castillo my services are excellent. He is a people person, knows his job well. Goes out of his way to help in anyway he can. Great personality and does an excellent job. Look him up for your next service.

I hate car dealerships! I previously purchased from CarMax and swore I d never go to another dealership but thankfully I stumbled across this one.. I was able to tell them what I wanted and get just that the staff was amazing and even stayed late until everything was finalized. 2 hrs well spent and that was only because I m indecisive! Took my car for first 5000 miles service. This was a nightmare. My appointment was at 12:30 got there at 11:45 . They took the car in was told that this was not going to be a long process at 2:00 I checked to see how much longer. With a smile,the car would be out shortly. Well at 2:30 they took the car back after I got really upset. 3 1/2 hrs later all that was done was an oil change and inspection. This was really unacceptable. Never lie to the customer, tell us the truth and just keep us posted to the situation

Stopped by to buy a used car. Was greeted well in the entrance and a courteous staff welcomed me and helped me to find a sales person who can help me out. So far was impressed. Then the worse part began. The sales guy who met looked like he was busy in so many other stuff then selling me a car. He was on phone so long. Never asked me about trade in or any ready to present me with best offer. I was there for close to 3 hrs with test drive and stuff and he hardly spoke 20 words. Should be a new record for a sales guy. I came in with the intention of buying the vehicle but thinking twice now. I had many questions but he was not interested to not even answer them. Loved the car I came in to see but by this time I made up my mind that I'm not buying the vehicle with him. Said I need couple of days to think this through. He said call me if I change my mind and walked away. Way to go sales guy. Would love to see how many car He sold with this kinda attitude. Guess his name was Tommy. Dont know if he was having a bad day but that's not how you get Business. If it was someone else today at the dealership they would have sold a car today.

About a month ago me and my wife purchased a used highlander from this dealership and got a good deal on the car. Everything went smooth or so I thought. When buying the car we also purchased rubber floor mats/cargo mats for the entire vehicle that had to be delivered to my house, totaling $320. A few days later we received one section (front and second row) out of three sections (3rd row and cargo). Over past 4 weeks I have made multiple attempts to work this out with dealership to no avail. It took me almost 3 weeks just to get the sales manager to even take my call. They claim that I agreed to purchase $170 worth of floor mats at the price of $320, which I clearly did not. If you decide to purchase a car from this dealership, by the extras from someone else, they will just rip you off. The integrity of this dealer's salespeople and sales manager make me question the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Probably best just to avoid this dealership.

Horrible place to get a car from. Especially one of the managers - Alysha , provides horrible customer service. She does not know how to greet customers, how to talk on phone and is very rude. She does not have the patience to get to know what a customer wants and do so accordingly. Will never visit this location ever.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with your team. The first positive interaction was that Chelsey Wallace answered my email questions quickly and included a price offering on the exact vehicle that I wanted. No one else did that - including the two other Nalley locations we heard from (Roswell and Union City). This made it feel like a sincere discussion and not a start of a bait and switch or "gotcha" attempt. That was followed by Shinaya Axell and her fabulous service mindset and "can do" attitude. O. Sabra was also candid about wanting our business and even though some of his techniques were "straight out of the book" we got a kick out of it. He used both "get the other party to disclose their number first" and "if I then, will you" sales closing technique which is always a good one. I will tell you that your Roswell location was a bit slow to respond and so they literally missed out and your Union City location which at first sounded like they were working hard for the business (and were originally our number 1 choice) ultimately failed to follow up with me so we moved on. The Nalley organization did not have a good image in our mind going into this as we had a negative experience with Nalley Lexus a year ago and bought our Lexus elsewhere. This was reinforced by hearing that Nalley management style is not conducive to keeping good people. I will say that our experience with Nalley Stonecrest went a long way to dispel that opinion.

Edit: Not only did Nalley quote me $200 higher for brakes than my local shop, when I took my car to the local shop, they told me I DIDN'T NEED NEW BRAKES. These folks are crooks. Beware.

I expect the poor treatment is because I refused the $900 of additional service they offered (all quoted exceptionally high compared to local mechanics. On brakes, Nalley was a full $200 higher than the reputable local shop, both quotes for pads and rotor resurfacing).

I was not in the market to buy a car, but was forced to after my car was hit, flipped & totaled. I believe in giving acknowledgement for a job well done.Today, I received exceptional customer service starting from the initial call inquiring if Nalley Toyota Stonecrest could provide a courtesy pick-up. Assistant Sales Rep. D'Coyah's pleasant & helpful demeanor promptly arranged the pick-up. She got the ball rolling in regard to the vehicles I was interested in test driving & the preliminary paperwork. After picking me up, Sales Manager, David, took the time to listen to my budget restrictions and got down to work to identify the right vehicle for me. But none of this could have happened without Finance Manager, Greg, who hunted through inventory both in-house and partnering dealerships to find a car to fit my budget. That team did not stop working the numbers , holding to the specific model I wanted, all while keeping me informed along the way. They NEVER pressured me to accept a lower-priced or different vehicle then what I originally came in for. Once the vehicle was found, David went above & beyond by going personally to the other dealership to pick up the vehicle on my behalf! They made the whole process painless & seamless - all while doing it with laughter and a smile. In today's world, it is rare to find such dedication & professionalism, & I will recommend Nalley Toyota to my friends & family because this outstanding team earned it. In ending, I am extremely happy with my new vehicle purchase, the low mileage & I still have 30K left on the Warranty to boot! Kudos to this team for giving me the Best car shopping experience ever!!!

Absolute fraud artists! Do no buy a used vehicle f...

Absolute fraud artists! Do no buy a used vehicle from these people. They will make cheap temporary fixes to their vehicles to make them look cosmetically sound, but when you take your car to a collision specialist to give the vehicle a proper look, you'll find many cheap/BS repairs they made to your vehicle just to make it sellable (despite the car fax showing no "reported accidents"). And then they treat you like you are crazy and refer to their "as is" contract instead of offering any support, and this is just six days after purchase of the vehicle! Shame on these people, and this is after my family has purchased two vehicles from them with no problems. Never again! They will use your trust from previous purchases to screw you. Buyer beware!!! Also, Stephen, the salesman that sold me the vehicle won't even come out of the back when I came to complain. Abosultely awful person and service. Run from these people, or they'll run from you when you discover their fraud.

I recently purchased a 2010 KIA Soul, and this has been by far the worst car buying experience ever. I was promised to have gap insurance added by my sales representative Gerald, only to get back to the accounting department representative Victor and find that was not true. I added an additional warranty and was told I had platinum coverage only to find out I had only power train coverage. I was overcharged on the vehicle and had to leave work go back and re-sign my contract. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here.

It takes a lot for me to give a 1 Star review, but I think this is all that Nalley Toyota Stonecrest has earned.

I dropped off my car for service on a Friday and was told that I could pick it up on a Sunday. After waiting for 30 minutes on Sunday, I was told that they didn't have the keys and that I would have to come by on Monday. The service manager i spoke with named Jonah showed no sympathy and gave no other options to help me out.

The best apology I received was 'we're only human' and 'everyone makes mistakes.' ...Very true, but an 'I'm sorry' or 'let me do this for you' would have been really nice.

We did our research on the web and found the vehicle we wanted at Nalley Toyota. From the original call to make sure it was still there to driving out in our car, Jameilah Hardeman was so nice and so helpful! She made our visit fun and tried to get us the best price possible! The car is just as described and the price was right on target! The Sunday afternoon hours we a plus because we wanted to get that car before it got away! Thanks again for a great car buying experience!

These guys are on it! I drove in,and within about 5 minutes they were driving my car into the garage. After about 25 min. I was asked how I was doing, and after I made a purchase from their little Toyota store my car was done. And this was at 11 AM on a Saturday! Very impressed with those guys and gals!

Please read this thoroughly and all of the negative reviews on this site. This dealership is very difficult to talk to and get things done with. I bought a car from them and it needed a front light to be replaced as they knew about. They told me to get it fixed and they will reimburse me. I took it to another Toyota dealership which is in my home town away from Atlanta so they would know the work was done right and appropriately. It was all done for $315 and I sent the receipt to Nalley of Stonecrest. It has been 3 weeks now with constant no decision and the he said she said game but no check sent. I thought all these negative reviews were just out of the normal and it would all be ok but I am seeing they are true. They are difficult to deal with and don't seem to care after the purchase was over. I even have a cell phone number of a sales person, Jamel Talbert, and he won't even answer my calls now. Please look elsewhere when buying a car as this place only cares about themselves and not customer satisfaction. Update: continue to call and try to talk to managers but they are said to never be there when called. Or a voicemail is left for people like Mr. Dott or Mr. Shakespeare and no return call. Please stay away from this dealership as I see nothing but bad reviews including mine.

LONG WAIT! I had my 2013 Prius serviced on 26DEC. I've made an appointment for 10:30am and I arrived at 10:20am. I waited until 10:45am before I was able to talk to one of the advisers. My car had 40,000 miles and all it needed was oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. I did not get my car back until 1:50pm. It took 3+ hrs from arrival to departure. I understood it was a holiday day and I expected the wait, but I did not expect it to be 3+ hours and I was not given any update on my car during the wait. This place is just short of staff because apparently my car was ready in the exit ramp for 30 mins before my adviser had time to check me out. May not go back.

My unplanned visit to the service center could not have went any smoother. I was impressed by all the service center staff, especially service writer Shawn Granville by his professionalism. Even though service traffic was heavy, his customer service was not compromised from beginning to end. My check engine issue was resolved from the manufacured recall warranty and covered any maintenance items that needed addressing. The service cost and rental fee was reasonanble and fair!

I had 70K car service by Mall of GA Toyota 2 weeks...

I had 70K car service by Mall of GA Toyota 2 weeks prior to this visit to Nalley for an airbag recall service. I was told cabin filter and windshield wiper needed immediate replacement. Why did Nalley say that when Mall of GA checked both items off as fine two weeks prior. Also Mall of GA had replaced cabin filter at the 60K service 6 months ago and I had replaced wiper blades 2 months ago. No way were these two items in need of replacement this soon so why did they recommend replacement at this time? Are they trying to upsell items not really in need of replacement?
