When I was indecisive, he demonstrated patience and educated me on my options. "Sam" provided me with the most exceptional customer service I've ever experienced during and after a major purchase. Sam's genuine concern did not end with the delivery of my vehicle. I received a follow up call, a hand written thank you note, assistance with my new vehicle registration issue AND over the phone assistance during my 5K mile maintenance as I was out of town and unable to visit Keith Pierson Toyota.
