Beautiful products, but personally put on profit, even if this involves gameplay against the client!
The bag we are tracking was reduced by Black Friday. Before the end of the day and implicitly the bid of BF, the bag price was raised to the initial price. After I expressed my opinion of their decision to remove the respective bag, the company decided to bring it back to discount, but at a higher price than the initial discount. Because if anyone has shown interest in her, why not raise the price, why not take advantage of it ?! All this happened within less than 24 hours.

Passing over this, despite the fact that the bag was too expensive, I would have expected the shipment to be free of charge. Or let me pick it up from the showroom. They have not allowed to leave DPD without profit and have imposed the transport of the parcel by courier at a price of 19 lei. As all couriers have maximum rates of 15 lei. Fast courier that came after 4 days, just like a parcel sent with the Romanian Post. I asked Iutta to remove the courier's unjustified fare from the bill, which they refused, citing the crowd of Black Friday. Another cheap and unwarranted excuse, given that they sent the BAG BEFORE the second BF session and on good days after the first round was over.

It was the second product Iutta bought last, because of the gameplay against the client. I do not recommend contact with Iutta.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the showroom people. I ordered my life jacket wallet in the showroom. I waited impatiently and after a few weeks I received the message to call for a meeting to pick up the product. I called and settled on that day at noon (13:00). I was told to call when I get to open because there is a yard and the gate is locked. I have the office nearby, so I got pretty fast ... 10 minutes earlier than the set time. I called ... and I called ... I gave the message, I gave the mail ... maybe someone can answer me. After 20 minutes (10 minutes over the set meeting time, booked even on google iutta), I shouted at the gate. The girls at the showroom were in the lunch break (read the cigarette) and the phone was completely ignored, although I had a meeting at 13:00. After a very bad first impression, my package was not ready, and I did not even know what I ordered and what I had to pick up. Summing up, the wallet is beautifully sewn, I expect it to be finer than it really is (it seems pretty rubbed, but I hope the stitch and skin will stay in place), but the experience with the showroom girls was very unfortunate. I expect services at the quality level they claim as well as the prices they have for the products.

I just took my wife's bag, which had to be repaired, from the courier we paid for because that's the policy of the company. Tin to say that in Cluj, at half it's free, the patron who was there for sale told us that the repair takes two hours and that courier is not needed. Once in Bucharest, he said it took longer and sent the bag through the courier. I said okay, but once the courier arrived we had to pay him because they had a defective product. The courier cost 19 ron, not the courier's price is the problem, but the company policy and the boss's word from there, who says something and does something else. Let's not say that in Cluj there were defective products and what was more interesting was sold "in the morning". So the company's policy is to put all the expenses on the client and probably try to get rid of the defective products on the Romanian principle: "I'm going like that." The patron lady has a word of two lei and probably as somebody said earlier, they arrived. Very unserious, unprofessional and wordless. The employee did not want to give me the phone number of the patron, probably face daily with such phones. Hope to help with my review so you can know what kind of people you are talking about. About products I can say they are very fragile and at the prices they ask for you find better quality products elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the return procedure. I made a return request, besides having to pay a roundtrip, the request was made on 26.11.2018, today on 13.12.2018 no one came to pick up the parcel.
I called 2-3 times a week and I promise the same thing that a courier gets to pick up my parcel.
A very unpleasant experience! I do not recommend anyone!

I went to the showroom to return a pair of shoes and they did not accept the return due to the fact that the shoes have a crease in front and therefore it was concluded that they were worn. I really wanted these shoes and here is the embarrassing situation I was put in. The shoes have been tried on and never worn! I will continue with a complaint to consumer protection because there is no real reason for refusal. I do not recommend the brand, the attitude of the staff is rude, and the numbers do not match (according to the list I ordered).

the attempt to make an order has turned into an unpleasant experience
2 weeks after I placed the order online, the order with the card is contacted by phone and informed that the delivery date initially communicated (10 working days) can not be respected and it will be extended by 2-3 weeks, that if I do not agree, I could cancel the order. I decide to cancel the order and request the return of the paid amount. I am told that I have to fill out a return request on the site (although I have nothing to return) and that I will get the money back within 14 days. It does not seem normal for me to cancel my order due to non-compliance with the delivery deadline.

Very disappointed. I bought a pair of boots from the store.
You need programming to pick them up.
They were big and my husband called to replace them with a smaller number, had to make a return request, then again programming to leave the big ones and pick up those with a bigger number little. The lady on the phone insisted very much on getting into the store, which is not possible and I do not see why I should explain to her why I do not.
I will return them only on Monday, and it does not take place at 5 o'clock, which takes about half an hour.
Now, honestly, it took 1 minute to give my husband the boot bag, could not even call him at 5 o'clock for 1 minute in which they were exchanging bags?
I will give up the product, which I can only take months and I will never order them again.
Now I hope to get my money back on time, because I have seen the comments below that there would be problems in returning the money.
The lady, who is probably the one who owns the business, is very arrogant and speaks very much from above, which makes it a business for me.
The sin of the products even liked me and I've been watching for a long time to try their products.

Unfortunately, the products look good and ok from a qualitative point of view in the pictures ... but in reality things are not the same, especially after they have been worn for a while. I bought a backpack a year ago, and after about 10 months rustled both zippers, the skin was left, the straps began to loosen. I sent him to the repair shop and the answer was that I had to pay another 200 Ron to change his zippers, zips that apparently rusted because they were used excessively ... too much for them means I wore my backpack and I did not keep him in a window.
So if you want to buy products that would be of premium quality considering their price, my advice would be not to buy from here. I do not think you want a 700 ron bag to have rusty zippers !!!!

The products look OK but the staff leaves something to be desired. I bought over 1000 RON and I received the products in a bag, although I had even given them a message that they were to be made as a gift and I would like them to be packaged. I received two boxes at the end, but only after I asked. Transport is not included although the amounts are not small at all. And in the bazaar you get boxes for what you buy ... Plus, as usual, leather bags from other merchants came in special bags so as not to be damaged. Too bad products seem OK.

I appreciate this and it seems to me that only a firm that undertakes not to repeat these mistakes does so. An attitude rarely encountered by Romanian companies.

Completely disappointed with the acquisition made by the highly unprofessional and unattractive staff. My girlfriend went to the showroom for me to pick up the sandals but they were handed over only in an extremely small bag that included the sandals at the limit. I realized when they came to me as a heel, the model was put in a place. Although their quality was ok, because of the hoop, they did not come well and I wanted to return them.
We returned the product to the showroom and asked for the return of the money. I was told that the money can not be returned on the spot and I have to wait for 14 days to return the money to my account. After 14 days it took 3 insistent phone calls to the Iutta team to see the money back. And ... SURPRISE !!! They returned my shoe price minus the money back to the courier although I did not use the courier for the order. This also required other phones with insistence to get back the full amount, the amount that was returned to me after another 7 days.

Conclusion, lack of professionalism, lack of care for the client, unreliability, product sin! I am one, I will no longer order anything from them.

Absolutely amazed by the unique design of the products and top-notch quality. It was quite hard to decide with so many options, but the staff there was so great to help me and I finally went for the Robin handbag. So practical and it fits perfectly my day-to-day style. IN LOVE!

The bag I took was red Magpie, at full price brings about 640 lei. At the first behavior the hand bar was detached. The return time is 3 days from the date of delivery, which I think is suspicious. Regarding my defect, I received help to change the bag with a new one or something else in the store, but no reduction at that time or later, nothing complimentary to improve the experience. It seems to me an unjustified cost for the quality received. I would have liked not to go back to the product but the company to come to my aid as it was a quality defect. Explanations like they are manually made ruins the image because anyway there must be quality control, which is apparently lacking. I won't buy anything else from them.

Au anuntat cu mare fast reduceri la unele categorii de produse, doar ca inainte de a aplica reducerea au marit preturile, de exemplu un rucsac ce avea pretul de 700 lei acum e 900, redus la 700! Le-am lasat un comentariu pe facebook referitor la asta si l-au sters! ...si mai nou am primit block!

L.E: Vedeti ce simplu e sa dati un raspuns si sa aratati prin asta un minim respect celor care va urmaresc si sunt interesati de produsele voastre?! Comentariul nu a fost abuziv, a fost o simpla intrebare, nu aveati absolut nici un motiv sa il stergeti.
Mult succes pe mai departe, sunt convinsa ca pe piata externa nu va veti permite acelasi customer service, pe care il practicati in Romania!

And by the way, the comments on the Facebook and Instagram photos were made 2 hours after we sent you email to see what happens with the order as time has passed in the previous email. And that's just how I got your attention, that you blocked my access to Instagram and in the second you called me on the phone. And the comments posted on Facebook you read in the evening.

Initially: I placed and paid an order on the site a month ago. We have agreed with delivery terms and conditions that if the merchandise is not in stock, it takes up to 10 days for delivery + another 3-4 days of handling. No problem, I say, I'm waiting.
It's been 3 weeks and I see that my order status is still "in process", I decide to send them an email. I'm told that unfortunately it takes longer than needed and I get the goods in a week.
And surprise, it's been a week without a "parcel" !!! " It does not seem normal to me and sends them email to let me know what this is really all about and I want to quit the order. On their Instagram and Facebook account I commented some pictures, negative, that they did not honor the orders. They block my access on their Instagram page and in the second they get a phone call from them and they apologize, but they have had problems, with the holes, and with the work hand. And I say good, but was not it normal to be announced? Did I have to notice myself and ask them for explanations? !! I agree that I want the merchandise, they have promised me (again) that they are working, and I ask them to unblock the access on their Instagram page.
After 2 hours check, they have not unlocked my access. I send them again the email and ask them to do what I set up on the phone, a written confirmation of the order, not to delete the negative comments from the pictures and to unblock the access to Instagram. I receive an email with an apology for the delay and I am asked to confirm that I wish the product to be received next week. Confirm.
The next day, early in the morning, I find an email from them asking me whether or not they want the product anymore. Really?!!!
I go to Facebook and then I notice that they have deleted the negative comments from here, and that there is no one else who might be. And they blocked my comment option on their posts.
The order should be received next week. I do not know if and at what stage I will receive it but I will update it. But so far all this experience has left me a bitter taste.
For those like me who want to encourage Romanian businesses and traditions, and still their products, I have some advice: DO NOT PAY BEFORE DELIVERY !!! Personally I'm sorry I did not look for reviews about them before placing the order, more sure I would not have ordered.

I have known the brand for a long time and I am a loyal and Romanian-loving client. The products are quality, and the design is different from anything else you can find on the market. So I highly recommend it for those who want to get out of the mass market patterns. The location of the showroom is central, it is easy to reach, and the consultants were very nice every time. A downside would be the lack of a store where you can go at any time, otherwise you need an appointment.

The lady in the shop was really nice and stayed with me about 40 minutes to choose the bag I wanted - even if I didn t have an appointment with them she was super patient. Really happy with the whole experience!

I didn't think it was possible from a site with such pretensions to receive a pair of peeled shoes, previously worn, with size 39 written with a pen on them, given that size 40 is embossed on the sole and the shoes obviously have the size of size 40 I measured myself, I ordered the fixed size according to the dimensions on the site, I also measured the shoes received inside. It is not the first time I order from the internet. Typical Romanian joke, you collect the money without saying if you have the product in stock - 04.06, you give me confirmation of delivery by e-mail the day after the order - 05.06 ( We confirm that your longing has just left the workshop and is ready to be delivered to you in the next few days ), but you send me the order after 14 days - 18.06. After 1 week - 12.06 - I had to send an e-mail because I have not received the shoes yet to receive a reply (your order is in progress, next week the shoes will be handed over to the courier).
One thing that bothered me the most was that after I did not receive any e-mail confirming the return request from the site, when I called Iutta, the lady on the phone replied that she would see if she accepted. the request for return and conditioned its acceptance by the transmission of pictures with evidence. I mean to take their word for it that the size is the one written by them with the pen and that the size depends on other dimensions, which they obviously don't have on the site, but the clients have to dream about. And send them pictures to see that they are detached. And that if they accept the return, they will transfer my money. Why the hell not to accept it? Probably the gentlemen don't know the legislation, even if the shoes didn't have any defects and I wanted to return them, considering that it was a non-personalized online order, I didn't have to give the explanations to the dancers, as long as I returned in 14 days. upon receipt.
Today is 12 days since I made the request to return to them on the site and 26 days since I paid for the shoes. As I did not receive any confirmation of the return request, but I was inspired to make a print screen when I sent the form on their website, I also sent an e-mail with the request, to have the proof for OPC. I sent the shoes to him by courier, I didn't wait for him to be late with sending them either, because although European legislation says that the money is returned to the account within a maximum of 14 days from the return request, I expect him to return it in 14 days since they received the shoes. Not to prolong things, on Thursday 02.07, when the 14 days from my notification regarding the return will be fulfilled, if the money is not in the account, I will file a complaint with OPC, with a request for control, not only for a refund. Given that the dancers do not know much about the legislation, they may find other gentlemen from the OPC and other irregularities.
And the fact that they have the impertinence to comment in vain on people's grievances instead of apologizing or fixing their problems proves once again the frivolity. Seriously, won't the policy let you return the money sooner, only at the last minute? Super politics, I have nothing to say! :)) Of course they are bothered when a dissatisfied person comments on the posts, they can no longer shoot others in the chest. They feel harassed by people who tell the truth.
I also put the pictures here, for other clients. I don't know how well it stands out, but the shoes were well peeled off and were clearly worn. Support the Romanian producers! A star because it doesn't let me put 0.

My experience with Iutta was unpleasant, but from the position of employee. I decided to leave after 2 hours of work, even on the first day - there are several reasons behind my decision. First of all, the decisive interview took place on Saturday, then I was called to start work on Monday without signing a contract, but with a homework I did not manage to do because I had other plans on the weekend . On the first day of work there was nothing ready for my arrival - a chair, a desk, a laptop. As I sat at the temporary computer on the temporary chair, I began to witness a totally unprofessional scene: the manager began to argue with a colleague that she was dressed with a chair in the office. It was not the only reason that (already) started the roots, the manager starting to reproach his colleague for many other things. Humiliated, the colleague offered to buy the chair after trying to clean it with a sponge. After I began to shake my nerves and indignation, and because I could not bear the tension and the screaming, I took the manager away and told her I was not willing to work in such an atmosphere. She allowed me to understand that this was not the case, but later I learned that I was not the only person to leave because of the same behavior. At the next job I met a colleague who had resisted for 2 weeks at Iutta. I hope that things have changed since then and that employees have at least a professional treatment.
