I would have given zero stars, but, unfortunately, at least one must be selected.
A colleague of mine had the following unpleasant experience and I would like to know about it.
Her words: "What an unpleasant experience I had today with Iutta!
I went to the showroom to return a pair of shoes and they did not accept the return due to the fact that the shoes have a crease in front and therefore it was concluded that they were worn. I really wanted these shoes and here is the embarrassing situation I was put in. The shoes have been tried on and never worn! I will continue with a complaint to consumer protection because there is no real reason for refusal. I don't recommend the brand, the rude attitude of the staff, and the numbers don't match (according to the list I ordered). "
