I just took my wife's bag, which had to be repaired, from the courier we paid for because that's the policy of the company. Tin to say that in Cluj, at half it's free, the patron who was there for sale told us that the repair takes two hours and that courier is not needed. Once in Bucharest, he said it took longer and sent the bag through the courier. I said okay, but once the courier arrived we had to pay him because they had a defective product. The courier cost 19 ron, not the courier's price is the problem, but the company policy and the boss's word from there, who says something and does something else. Let's not say that in Cluj there were defective products and what was more interesting was sold "in the morning". So the company's policy is to put all the expenses on the client and probably try to get rid of the defective products on the Romanian principle: "I'm going like that." The patron lady has a word of two lei and probably as somebody said earlier, they arrived. Very unserious, unprofessional and wordless. The employee did not want to give me the phone number of the patron, probably face daily with such phones. Hope to help with my review so you can know what kind of people you are talking about. About products I can say they are very fragile and at the prices they ask for you find better quality products elsewhere.
