I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on August 4th. I sent 2 emails asking if they will be ready by August 26th. I was also called on August 24th. I was told that the products will be ready by Monday. On Fridays when I spoke again I was told that one of the pairs was actually available in another color or embroidery. For a brand that wants luxury customer service leaves much to be desired. Sin.
