The products look OK but the staff leaves somethin...

The products look OK but the staff leaves something to be desired. I bought over 1000 RON and I received the products in a bag, although I had even given them a message that they were to be made as a gift and I would like them to be packaged. I received two boxes at the end, but only after I asked. Transport is not included although the amounts are not small at all. And in the bazaar you get boxes for what you buy ... Plus, as usual, leather bags from other merchants came in special bags so as not to be damaged. Too bad products seem OK.

Later edit: I have attached a picture to give you an idea of how they treat their customers. Obviously, they soon deleted all the comments.
