I also bought a pair of ballerinas from them. unfortunately although I followed the instructions with the measurement, they did not fit, I come fixed. In the first phase I asked to return my money back (the cost of the transport company I support round-trip as this is the policy although all my shoes and ballerinas are 37). then I thought that I still want to change them and receive a 38. I am told on the phone that the company policy is to put in advance the 38 round return order although the ones from the courier company did not come to pick up the product. what is not good to me. I said that I will put the money into account after at least what the courier company will come to take the product from me. because until another one I paid 269 roni and they have to pay the courier company for return. I find it totally crazy how the problem is posed as a whole and although yesterday morning I requested a return to the phone, I was told that today they asked my courier company for my return.
