I made the order of a card. I was called to pick it up, but when I was introduced to the workshop there was nobody. I complained, and Iutta was prompt, apologizing and offering my Gift Card Port. I appreciate this and it seems to me that only a firm that undertakes not to repeat these mistakes does so. An attitude rarely encountered by Romanian companies.
