A friend went to the showroom to return a pair of shoes and they did not accept the return on the grounds that the shoes had a crease on the front and therefore it was concluded that they were worn. He really wanted these shoes and here is the embarrassing situation he was put in. The shoes have been tried on and never worn! It will continue with a complaint to consumer protection because there is no real reason for refusal. Do not recommend the brand, the rude attitude of the staff, and the numbers do not match (according to the list ordered).
