It's not only incompetent personnel, it's dealing with an incompetent system at DWD IN. No email contact offered, so today, my husband was on hold first for 17 mins before a CSR answered. That CSR (Nicole) took his personal info, heard the problem, said she'd put him on hold, then proceeded to put the call into a FAX/modem signal followed by fast busy signal until hang up. Call back in the phone queue it was then a 22 min wait for a CSR. And all this time wasted because of an error by their personnel! Very ignorant design to deliver so-called "service." Also, issuing Visa debit cards for benefits is wrong in so many ways, and there is no other option. Handy for people without bank accounts, but very risky for all recipients. Direct deposit is the only safe way to receive such benefits. Clearly EPPICard offered Indiana a kickback to handle benefit payments this truly terrible way.

If there were negative ratings, I would give that department the negative -100. This is ridiculous. I receive a correspondence letter from the claims adjuster stating that I was not disqualified from unemployment benefits and my claimant page still shows that I still disqualified from both UI and PUA on Sunday. The operator just kept stating that there is an eligibility issue and it was detected only two weeks ago when I filed a month ago. They are the worst and do not care about the fact people have bills to pay since the state has decided to open in spurs despite the fact we are still in a pandemic. They are the worst. I hope they were listening to the phone conversation about the quality assurance performance they definitely drop the ball on my case. Now, I have wait another two or three weeks for my claimant page to be updated which is unfair when I filed a month ago.
Update: Now this department is wanting to verify my identity( Identity Verification) after filing 3 2 days ago in counting. They are just giving me the runaround to prevent me from receiving any payment. I provided them with every document you can think of, they are just the worst.

My relative received a download of determination eligibility that stated zero dollars despite their work summary stating their wages for the entire year of 2019 as well as this year's earnings.
It's like DWD doesn't care what you do, they will deny you anyway. This is absolutely rediculous and there should be a HUMAN BEING available to speak with in person or via telephone yo understand why they are FALSIFYING information despite factual information that is reported to them.
I'd rate Zero stars if possible because this is not the first issue a relative has had with the company. Why appeal something that is clearly a Clerical error and not a claimant filing error...

I only choose one star because there is nothing less than one star. I am very heartbroken that is is our government system. And we have no other options. Inexperienced staff. Everyone must go through completely different training, because no one is on the same page. You will likely get a different direction with every call. It's all universal responses & nothing helpful. And yet desperate Hoosiers fall through the cracks. These people have a power we don't have & it seems most of them, not all, definitely take advantage of being able to make life altering decisions soley based off a training manual & sleep well at night. Dealing with DWD has made me question my spiritual beliefs.

Absolutely USELESS. I have been trying to get them to fix "a problem with your account" for a month now. I got it "fixed" last week. But the next day the problem message was back... Then they never call back and they never respond to emails. I dont care how busy they are. This is completely unacceptable. 0 stars.

I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, caring, and motivated to help me. I have learned more in the past 2 months than I did in 3 years in college! Thank you Delores and Lisa for helping me through this time of struggle.

The whole system is unfortunately not designed to ...

The whole system is unfortunately not designed to work in our (claimants) favor. The Department of Workforce Development and WorkOne are partnered in making it almost impossible to collect unemployment benefits. The DWD willfully and intentionally goes out of its ways to deny claimants benefits that are rightfully owed to them. If clients are awarded benefits, WorkOne does what it can to make claimants appear to be non-compliant with unreasonable guidelines. I am looking to file a class action lawsuit against the entire department, anyone who is interested please reach out to me via email at Unemploymentjustice@gmail.com.

A few years ago I was collecting benefits. I accepted a position, but only worked a few days before being unjustly terminated. When I tried to file a new unemployment claim, not only was I denied, but I was ordered to pay back all the money that had been paid out to me for the 1st claim. I have proof that the law judge had no proof and did not base this decision on facts but rather bias. The answer for why I terminated changed several times throughout the hearing and appeals process. They will do or say whatever they have to to deny benefits. The department routinely sides with the employer with little or no regard to what employees have to say about the matter. To date, according to the DWD I have an outstanding balance of over $3000, because I was "overpaid". When I found myself needing UE benefits about a year ago, my award was garnished to satisfy the "overpayment" and so was my tax refund. This has to be unlawful.

If anyone has had a similar experience or proof that they have been mistreated by this department or the DWD, please email me at unemploymentjustice@gmail.com. My hope is to file a class action lawsuit immediately.

Very disappointed in the system at this time as I have not received help nor gotten ahold of an investigator to help with my issues and my sister has gotten hers resolved. Need help asap!

I would give no stars if I could. Another failed government business. I spoke with a total of 6 people in one day who all gave me different answers to an issue I had with my benefits. One man threatened me if I didn't pay them overpayment. One lady told me I couldn't file an appeal and everyone else said I could. One told me all their systems were down when I called immediately after hanging up with her and got someone with their system on. They do not properly train their employee's at all.

I have been on hold for 6 hours. I have not received an answer. They stopped my unemployment because they said I started back to work. I didn't start back to work. I worked at a movie theater in Marion County. They are not allowed to open by orders from the Governor. They no this but they stopped my unemployment and wont answer calls.

There is no way you can receive prompt service or assistance for Unemployment, Uplink voucher issues, self employment issues, CARES act issues even when you call the person answering your call cannot help. They all say write an appeal or go the DWD office. I tried everything but no luck so far. I read some of the 5 star reviews and I believe their situation is simple ... wait until you need serious and urgent help then lets see if you will stick to the 5 star reviews. If there are swamped with backlog of work then they should hire more competent staff to deal with people issues sooner this is a they problem and me problem.

I'm medically quarantined by my doctor until December. I have documentation to prove this. I've had 3 open heart surgeries and due to my conditions cannot be exposed to covid. After 18 weeks of waiting I get denied without even a call from a claims investigator to get the documentation from my doctor in order for the eligibility to go through. Now I have to appeal and go through court for another 8-10 weeks. How is this even allowed?

I have filed 7 weeks of unemployment and still no payment. Claimant page is giving a deductible income issue, I have submitted last paycheck which took 14 Days for it to show on page. Is location open in Indy to go in and get resolved with Claims investigator ?

I honestly feel like there should be an option whe...

I honestly feel like there should be an option where those who are having issues with voucher payments should automatically be forwarded to a Claims investigator to be better assisted. Because The representatives cannot help us at all. They ask for your personally information, then proceeds to ask what is your issue just to tell you a Claims investigator will contact you and never does well at least for me and I m currently on my 7th week of filing smh. My first issue was showing Eligibility which was affecting my benefits, that got fixed and now there s another reason which is PUA Multi State Verification, Really? I haven t worked in any other state but Indiana within the last 2 and a half years and most importantly I know for a fact I haven t made enough to have wages even amount up to receive regular UI, but I m quite sure if they can catch a problem with your claims/voucher they should instantly see you aren t filing from multiple states as well as haven t made enough to have earning transferred from a different state, because it clearly shows how much you ve earned that prior year on your tax return lol. My point is that s how I got approved for PUA from begin with, by not making enough for regular UI. So my main question is why should PUA multistate verification affect my Indiana payment when you guys have proof of my earnings smdh. So I guess we will have to starve to death, be homeless, and neglect our children all because these so called claim s investigators won t do their job by contacting people who are in desperate need due to this pandemic.

Instead of struggling so hard giving people unemployment and dealing with extremely long wait times, how about you HIRE MORE PEOPLE so unemployment drops and the current employees don't have to be so overloaded with work.

Just sat on hold for an hour for them to go to a voicemail and hang up on me. I just spoke with them again today on July 23rd asked to speak with a manager because I have been waiting 11 weeks for a claimsinvestigator to reach out and I was hung up on . This is the most unprofessional place I have eveerrr called !!

Absolutly HORRIBLE telaphone support! Dont expect any help.
You can call in as many times as you like, you will never get a person! The automated answer system puts all callers into an endless loop. It refers you to the Employment handbook which doesnt address many things clearly ..

My wife has called everyday, in hopes of someone to even answer the phones to help her because she lost her job due to the virus. She has been on hold for hours on end, the one time she got a answer they said they had to transfer her to someone else and just hung up on her after being on hold for 3hrs.

I will agree with those saying that they feel mist...

I will agree with those saying that they feel mistreated by this department. It is my belief that the number of complaints on this site justifies harsh legal investigation. For example, charging people for money they never receive? Charging "overpayment" fees on vouchers that are 3 weeks late being reviewed and over 60 days after being paid? Or to completely disregard vouchers for weeks when the requirement is to complete them and review them weekly? Demanding timely vouchers that are ignored for weeks? Or perhaps consider the documented and irrefutable facts that according to Indiana's own letters sent to their "beneficiaries" it is Indiana who makes the mistake of over payment while the responsibility to pay the ACH fees on returning that money from a card that Indiana can revoke is the responsibility of the citizen? Let alone these ludicrous problems. If the customer "support" of this agency was used by any business in america, they would be summarily and immediately terminated as an agency.

I feel treated as if the money that I and businesses pay into this program is seen as a charity. I feel ripped off, scammed and lied to. Unemployment is not a charity and is not welfare. My earnings and the businesses pay into this program and I expect to be able to draw upon it without being treated like a miscreant when out of no choice of my own I am found unemployed. Clearly, that is not the perception of Indiana - a fact that I will most assuredly take into consideration in all of my future public and private dealings.

Bluntly put, working with this department has proven to be utterly useless waste of my time and an absolutely horrible reflection upon the state of Indiana. I will gladly offer my case as evidence in any class action lawsuit brought against Indiana so that others will be treated with the dignity and integrity due them. As for me, I wash my hands of this agency and seek a permanent and irrevocable termination of any and all relationship that I have with it.

They sent me a tax filing form before I even recieved any hint of a possible payout, had to report zero as my income for health insurance coverage, their staff rejected 5 out of 6 of the first weeks of vouchers (the system did not flag a problem, the staff member choose to reject the last b/c is was "a week late" when in fact it was reviewed the same day as the others, but 'enter' button was pressed 8 hours after 12 midnight on Monday morning). Now unemployment health insurance needs corrected/adjusted as I have an income of "unemployment" and god only knows what I'm going to do about taxes, since the tax doc they provided was issued before I even knew I was going to receive any compensation. Perhaps it's just a sterotypical case of overwhelming workloads and underappreciated sentiment and the "system" most of us didn't ask to be a part of in the first place. The rub is real enough.

Note *Asked the ladies at the workforce desk once how do I speak to someone face to face and they LAUGHED in mine. When they were done they said "you don't, no one does." So prepare yourself and keep your expectations low.

I understand why everyone here would leave one star reviews for this department. I too have had my fair share of inconvenience however, I understand that this department is inundated with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people that they're trying to take care of. Miraculously today I got through with very little effort and was able to speak to a customer service representative. They were kind understanding and very professional and I wish I could remember her name.

I ve been waiting since MAY. I have not received anything I have not received any phone calls. All of my information is accurate and legit.

Why is is that people who are illegally filing have received funds and the ones who are in dire need have not. They need to understand that the bills dont stop coming.

They won t even have the decency to call you and at least say there working on it etc etc.. just so we know that they are doing something at least. But no response at all just let s you know that their not and just plain disrespect.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Received unemployment due to covid for 4 weeks, it stopped and haven't received for over 5 weeks now. Trying to resolve the issue, I called. The first person I talked to was rude and acted like I'm not worth her time. The 2nd time I called, the lady that answered was nice, until I asked for a supervisor to expedite this issue. It absolutely did nothing to help and I got hung up on. I think they forget public servant means help the people, not treat them like worthless garbage.

I miss their call and I called them back immediately. Seriously. 10 seconds didn t not pass before I made the call back. No one answered. I called back twice every 10 minutes for TWO hrs and I just kept on getting sent to Voicemail. I don t know who runs this department, but it s not being run well.

I m a service member that s about to go on deployment and I m trying to get paid so that I don t have any disruption in income prior to leaving. But these individuals make it impossible to reach them so I can t tell them my situation.

Please do better.

With technology and phone systems as advanced are ...

With technology and phone systems as advanced are they are today, one would think that there would be an end game such as automatic call back or at least a close to reality estimated hold time on the system. Listening to the same recording for over 2.5hrs and to have the system continue for even longer after the 4:30pm time is unacceptable. The State of Indiana has to work on technology upgrades and sooner than later. WOW. #EpicFail

This is horrible. People are not getting answers. ...

This is horrible. People are not getting answers. Including me. There is no web page or call line for people with claim issues which for one makes 0 sense. There should always be a call center specifically meant for people who are fixing their claims idk why they thought there shouldn't be one. Telling people to wait weeks at a time with no word when weeks are a matter or being homeless or not. I have till the end of July to get my payments for the last 5 weeks. If not I will be homeless. I won't have any income and I will be in a very bad situation. All because the government said they had my back when they didn't. I don't even like the welfare state but what choice did I have? I lost my job because I had no car and with these benefits I thought I would finally be in a better position so that I can start my career.. guess that will have to wait for now...

People are hurting and we need help. Please
help us ,we need this. Americans are losing their homes ,cars and everything we have worked for. What if it was you? would you want to be begging for help, watching your kids go hungry and not getting any response, this is not how things are supposed to happen!

TERRIBLE can not get anyone on the phone AT ALL. Holding multiple times, during business hours for 1 -2 hours. Can not get help on line either. Have yet after trying for over a week to speak to a single person!

I filed a claim for unemployment on 03/23/2020. I haven't worked since 03/20/2020, because the company I am employed by shutdown for COVID19. My claim still hasn't been approved or denied it is still in the pending process. I finally reached someone on the telephone and she told me to file an appeal because she could not or would not help me with this problem. I have yet to hear back from that department. I'm sure I will never see one penny from the state of Indiana, they don't want to help the little people. If I would have stayed in Florida instead of relocating here for family I would have had my money. Pull my earnings from my Fl employers so you can see I work hard for my money and do not ever file for UI. What a shame to have this kind of trouble during these hard time. Shame on you Indiana Department of Workforce Development!!!!
Left me without money for food and bills!!!

THEY EXTEND YOUR TIME JUST TO BLOCK YOUR RIGHT OF DEPLOYMENT. AND TO DENEGATE YOUR DEPLOYMENT CASE . PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE TO THE COURT AND DEMANDING THIS ACTIONS WITH THE STATE OR SENATE. THEY DON'T INVESTIGATE RIGHT THIS IS ABUSE OF POWER AND INFLUENCE. THEY DON'T REALLY HELP YOU. THEY ONLY ABUSE OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR RIGHTS. IS A BIG MAFIA OF POWER. THEY NEVER WANT REALLY HELP YOU BUT THE GOVERNMENT GET YOUR TAXES AND THEY PAY THAT PEOPLE TO DON'T DO NOTHING FOR YOU LOL . ONLY WASTE OF TIME I NEVER MORE BELIEVE ON THIS DEPARTMENT.

So I filed for unemployment on April 19th, 2020. I...

So I filed for unemployment on April 19th, 2020. I was laid off from my job because of loss of business due to this pandemic we are going through presently. I have yet to receive a decision on my initial claim. I was told it was a claim issue and that I needed to speak with someone from claims. This is usually a 2 day process due to claims not having a direct number. At least I can't find it. So here is how it usually happens. I call them and wait on the phone long enough for it to give me the option for a call back and to hold my spot in line. Someone usually calls me back within 24 hours. Just to tell me that I need to speak to claims. I already know this. So they transfer me to claims where there is only the option to get a call back. So I do what it says to do. Here is the problem! When I get the call back, I ask the person if they are from the claims department. Their answer is always, "No, but I think I can help you out!". We talk for a little while for them only to realize that they can't help me. This has happened 5 times. So a total of 10 days wasted. I have yet to speak with anyone from claims. So after this, I have to go through the process again. Today makes 21 days without being able to speak with someone from claims and someone reaching out to me. The automated line says that a claims investigator will reach out to me if they have any questions or need additional information. This has not yet happened. Friday, a lady called me back and there was a problem with the call. I could hear someone dialing and talking besides her. I asked her if she could call me right back. Thinking, maybe that would fix the problem. She said Yes and recited my number back to me to let me know that she had it. So I ended the call and she never called me back! Someone I know just filed for unemployment a week ago and received payment today. Here I am 21 days in and nothing. I check correspondence history multiple times a day and there is nothing. I was told by one of the representatives that if they do not need any information from me, then they will not call me. To me, no need for information means there is no problem. It does not seem that way though. She also told me to keep filing my vouchers and I will eventually receive benefits. Hope fully someone reaches out to me tomorrow or I have no other choice but to get legal representation. I would have given 0 stars but there is not an option to do so.

The legal document that officially starts a class ...

The legal document that officially starts a class action is called a "class action complaint." After an attorney has reviewed and investigated the factual and legal issues at hand and determined that a lawsuit can be filed, he or she will draft a class action complaint. The complaint will describe the events that caused the injury or financial harm suffered by the client. I am sick of being treated this way we need people on board to make this happen now

Very discouraging. I filed an appeal on an overpay...

Very discouraging. I filed an appeal on an overpayment decision after I was notified via uplink and mail that I failed to attend a RESEA orientation/training. That equals no voucher payment for that week. I immediately called and was told the letter was to be mailed by the work one office on Shadeland which I NEVER received. I go and reschedule myself and also submit an appeal to question the decision. 1 month later I have a phone hearing and the correspondence is sent on a Saturday that they presume the letter was sent and not returned then charge me ANOTHER overpayment! How? I ve already paid back the initial overpayment so why am I getting charged another for the same week? When it was already paid by not receiving a timely voucher to cover the overpayment for the missed RESEA training . The DWD causes more stress, and hurt than help. With this being my only source of income and the office closed on weekends I now have to call back Monday, have last weeks voucher delayed and PRAY that I get the funds in a somewhat timely manner. But remember they do whatever they want to anyway. I m convinced the Administrative Law Judge Ann Carnes that heard the case was negligent and failed to review my correspondence history as she would have seen I ve already had an overpayment for the week in question. Now I have to make numerous phone calls Monday and hope my landlord is gracious. Not to mention you don t get benefits once you say you ve accepted an offer then have to call again, remain on hold 30 minutes to apply for a lift that can take days. AND you stop getting benefits once you START so I hope you have a plan to pay your bills until you receive your first check. Don t be a single parent with limited resources because you can t bring any child into the office under 16, even for something that only takes 20 minutes. The entire system is skewed and needs reform. I plan to contact the mayor and governor via phone and mail to inform them of their failing system in Indianapolis. I m just looking forward to when I complete my doctorate to hopefully bring some change to these horrible policies and procedures. If you don t have to collect unemployment and have some other means of income don t waste your time. If you have no other resources try to be as proactive as possible. Chances are you ll still get let down and stressed and potentially consider suicide or being a mass murderer. I pray for you.

Horrible customer service. You have to wait through automated message after automated message to talk to a real person. And then....you might be on hold for 20 min to an hour. AND THEN, they can't help you, nothing can be done retroactively, "you should have done this or that......" Please privatize unemployment compensation, everything the government touches gets ruined.

This is ridiculous. This department garnished three of my checks last year and were paid in full. Then they decided to take the same amount from both of my returns this year so basically they thought they should be paid three times. I have now spent two weeks trying to get the money that was not owed to them and can not even get the phone anwsered. It certainly did not take the office 2 weeks to take the wrong amount of money !!!!

Tried to file in July, but someone stole SSN so couldn't. Still ZERO payment, still ZERO communication into the identity theft. Called every week since July 17 and still NOTHING. Almost 5 months with ZERO assistance. Every time leaving a message and being told "the fraud investigator will call you back in 24-48 hours". LIES.

I have filed 14 vouchers and still have yet to hear from a claims investigator. I have emailed 15 claims investigators, I have emailed DWD, I have called DWD weekly. I get the same generic response. Why is nobody helping us?! DWD is now $8800 behind in payment.

About to call. Wish me luck. I will let them know they are being recorded for reason to forward the call to the governor, maybe the mayor of Indianapolis. Basically anyone that will listen to the call. Maybe all the news stations that think it is worth reporting and bring attention to.

The dwd is sitting back laughing at the peoples accounts in which they have put issues on they think its funny its not hard for an investigator to look at your case and make a determination and do not believe them when they tell you that they are escalating your case my case was escalated 3 times not once but 3 times no investigater has contacted me yet I have been waiting 3 months and its to late im already sleeping outside smh and still no answer thanks Indiana

Oh yeah, started out great after about 5 weeks the payments stopped. Says I am employed. Absolutely not. I have been without for 6 weeks now. I feel like I am alone in the middle of the ocean just floundering. Send an email , get a pre-recorded standard message, sit on hold for an hour and be told to just keep filing. Very frustrating . And to think I thought what a wonderful thing our government was doing for us. Indiana is sure failing. I am a 63 year old who has been working in this city for almost fifty years. Thanks for the love !!!

The bottom line is "overtime"! In the private sector, when business calls for it, people work OVERTIME! The continued bankers hours are unacceptable during a time of national emergency. I will make one point though for their staff. Stop calling five times a day, everyday. All that does is slow down the system even more.

Just one more thought, remember this on Election Day before you vote Republican. They have been running the state for years!

Every time I've ever gone and I have a always help me. And even over the last several months I could answer their questions better than some of the people I talked to on the phone needless to say I've been trying to apply for one of them jobs Anyhow but then I would asked to speak to a supervisor and I did get a phone call back they were probably so overwhelmed in that office I'm sure they've never experienced anything like this before so I think they did a pretty good job all in all.

My claim has been on hold for an issue for going on 8 weeks now. I have called multiple times every week for the last few weeks to get this issue resolved. Every time I talk to someone that person tells me they cannot help solve my issue and that a claims investigator will get a hold of me. No one has called me at all in 8 weeks. The people I talk to on the phone are literally just wasting their breath and are a waste of labor resources. I feel bad for them. Why do their bosses have people working that can't help you? Why not train them to be able to help people? It logistically makes no sense at all. I know these are busy times, but people's lives are at stake here. It is a national emergency. I'm going to have to borrow money for my rent and food because they have failed to help me. I'm considering getting a lawyer to help get the money the government has offered to me in assistance with the global pandemic. If they need extra help then get the help. If they can't get to me right away then at least give me a place in line to when I can expect to have my issue resolved. I am a self-employed person and I filed a normal claim per instructed and thought I would get denied and covered under the PUA. I got accepted and now my payments are on hold for an issue? Why accept a claim when there is an issue? Makes no sense. The system is full of flaws and misallocated resources and the people of our state are suffering. Taxpayer dollars fund this I believe. Where is the leadership? Where is the effort to take care of the needs of the people? No logistical sense and no visible effort. A disappointing department indeed.

They dont call back ever, called at 8:45am knowing i should get call back because they dont open till 9am. Second time never received a call. If you are lucky to talk to someone they are no help at all. Horrible system!!!!

I applied months ago. Received 3 payments and then now has stopped. Saying that it s due to personal issues. I ve called for over 5 weeks to see as to why. All that I get is that I have to wait for someone to contact me. While my car payment is due and now rent and a whole other list of things needing to be paid. Very frustrating that they can take money quick but can distribute it as fast, or even reach out. What are they expecting you to do? Lose everything you have before they call you or give you money that s owed to you in the first place!

I empathize with the fact that they are EXTREMELY BUSY. But this is the most HORRIBLE service I have experienced. Initially I was granted my UI. I have been sick with COVID and apparently answered a question wrong regarding my employment. I called back the next morning and corrected the error and have been waiting for FOUR WEEKS for a response. My claim shows Unresolved Issue - it is unresolved because no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue as I am unclear with the issue is. I have a letter from my doctor indicating that I was quarantined at home sick. My calls are immediately transferred to a representative who has yet to reach out to me.

In a word, miserable. Each time I call for assistance I'm given a different answer. I've done everything I was told to do and it's been over a month and still my claim hasn't been processed (aka no money, Honey). I just learned today (after my 3rd call asking why I'd not heard from a claim reviewer) that I had a document I have to fill out from 2017 about starting a new job (I wasn't on unemployment at the time, so that's really weird). I had gotten no notice of said document, and in my file it kept referring to a date of 3/2018 for some determination of funds (but I didn't think that pertained to my current claim of 4/2019...silly me). The document was logged in my account 1/2017, so how would I possibly know to do anything with it or put the puzzle pieces together to solve this labyrinth of a system? Get it together, People. In my personal opinion, the Work One and Department of Workforce Dev staff are trained to cause confusion and delay so the state doesn't have to pay in hopes that we will all find jobs before all the hoops can be jumped through successfully. I am a professional with 20 years of great experience and 2 college degrees and access to laptop/internet. I can't even imagine what this process is like for those who aren't computer-savvy and used to working in software solutions. I'm actually embarrassed that we have such a horrid front line of defense for helping deserving people get funds to sustain them while they hunt for a job.

This is a joke !!!! What happened to actually getting to talk to a real person? And been waiting over a week for a call back that said 24 hours!!!!! Yeah right another hold up to keep from paying people.
