Just sat on hold for an hour for them to go to a voicemail and hang up on me. I just spoke with them again today on July 23rd asked to speak with a manager because I have been waiting 11 weeks for a claimsinvestigator to reach out and I was hung up on . This is the most unprofessional place I have eveerrr called !!
