I understand why everyone here would leave one star reviews for this department. I too have had my fair share of inconvenience however, I understand that this department is inundated with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people that they're trying to take care of. Miraculously today I got through with very little effort and was able to speak to a customer service representative. They were kind understanding and very professional and I wish I could remember her name.
