I miss their call and I called them back immediate...

I miss their call and I called them back immediately. Seriously. 10 seconds didn t not pass before I made the call back. No one answered. I called back twice every 10 minutes for TWO hrs and I just kept on getting sent to Voicemail. I don t know who runs this department, but it s not being run well.

I m a service member that s about to go on deployment and I m trying to get paid so that I don t have any disruption in income prior to leaving. But these individuals make it impossible to reach them so I can t tell them my situation.

Please do better.
