This is ridiculous. This department garnished three of my checks last year and were paid in full. Then they decided to take the same amount from both of my returns this year so basically they thought they should be paid three times. I have now spent two weeks trying to get the money that was not owed to them and can not even get the phone anwsered. It certainly did not take the office 2 weeks to take the wrong amount of money !!!!
