Tried to file in July, but someone stole SSN so couldn't. Still ZERO payment, still ZERO communication into the identity theft. Called every week since July 17 and still NOTHING. Almost 5 months with ZERO assistance. Every time leaving a message and being told "the fraud investigator will call you back in 24-48 hours". LIES.
