I came in to get my airbags replaced on a recall, and when I left my check engine light was on. Called back and set an appointment to find out what that was about, only to have an employee named Arvin Marino tell me that it'll cost $90 to find out what's wrong. I explained calmly that the light came on after they worked on it, only to have him interrupt me, look away and wave his hand with a very unprofessional, "that's not our fault." I'm shocked, considering all they need to do is plug a computer in to see, and considering I was JUST here. Furthermore, when I called in concerned about the light, someone could have warned me of the $90 cost of coming in. This is horrible customer service. If you must bring your car in to this dealership, at least get help from someone OTHER than Marino.
