We had our old Honda serviced many times by Rod and just think he's the greatest. He is super nice and helpful. He gets to the bottom of problems, explains them well and takes great care of us. We felt well valued even in our old 2005 Accord Wagon.
When it came time to replace our car we were very close to buying a Subaru but we new it would be hard for any service department to match the way Rod and Honda of Seattle takes care of us. That tipped our decision. We have a used CR-V now and get to stick with the service department we love!
