I recently purchased a Honda Fit from Honda of Seattle. I dont think anyone could have been more nervous than I was, considering the past experiences I have had with other dealerships. I was prepared for the worst. And I was wrong!! There was no hard sell, no convoluted promises and I was told that this dealership was trying to change the way cars have been tradionally sold. My product specialist -Raza was very professional, caring and respectful of what I needed in a car, and how it would fit my lifestyle. He was with me through the financing and the sale. He was also helpful in making any questions I had clear, as was his co-worker Kelley in contracts. They make a great team. I will defintely support this dearership thanks to Raza's good work. He was superior! Honda makes a great car -now they are changing their approach and making great service too! .
