Update after just buying a car here on Saturday. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Matt. He's a real dude and we dig that - rough around the edges but clearly very genuine. Also I cannot believe how much detail he knows about every single vehicle. He has obviously been doing this for a long time, and was able to very clearly explain details and the process with the trade-in/purchase. I have to trade in a lease at the Lynnwood Honda in a year and I am going to go out of my way to figure out if there's a way I can trade it in to get my next vehicle at Honda Seattle through Matt.

Always really good quality work, and fast and friendly service. I came in for an oil change before work and there was a misunderstanding on the phone when making the appt. I thought that it would take a half hour when it actually would take 45-60 minutes. They were so friendly and apologetic (immediately accepting responsibility when of course there's a chance I'm a dummy and misunderstood something), and did everything they could to get it finished within a half hour. Sitting here in the waiting area in a better mood today because everyone was so nice and worked hard to fix an alleged mistake.
