While she may not have known everything off the top of her head (who could blame her with how many makes, models, and trims are out there), she was very honest and sincere in looking things up and getting back to me as soon as possible. She made sure everything was ok at every turn and made the process as relaxing as can be.

Jude was also very helpful walking through the paperwork line by line. Great personality.
