Lang was amazingly responsive. I sent an email to the dealership around 8:30 PM and I received a response within 5 minutes. He continued to work with me via email until about 10:30 PM - I definitely felt like he went above and beyond to win my business. The other sales and finance people I worked with (Jonathan and Roy) were also great. Easily the best car buying experience I've had - highly recommended.
