I bought my first car today with the help of my aunt. We browsed around the lot for about 15 minutes before we accepted the assistance of John Ewell. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that fell within my set parameters, and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us into making a decision, which was really nice, because I am naturally a cautious consumer, particularly when it comes to these types of purchases. He asked if I would like to test drive the car, which I had not even considered, and it was a good thing he suggested it, too, because it helped me in making my decision.
